Wir fanden dieses Hotel so reichhaltig und schön. Reine Klasse und außergewöhnliche Service ab der Minute, die wir für den Valet Parkplatz gezogen haben. Wir essen in der wunderschönen Firewater Grille. Die Menüwahl, Weinauswahl und Service war wirklich erste Klasse. Die Mahlzeiten wurden perfekt gekocht. Hubby hatte eine Racke von Lamm und ich hatte Fisch des Tages. Wir wurden angeraten, unser Zimmer (Junior Club Suite) war bereit und waren angenehmen überrascht, wenn es zu betreten, wie geräumig es war. Das Fernsehen war viel größer als erwartet, die Pfosten auf den Betten waren einige der besten, die wir je erlebt haben, und das Bett selbst war sehr komfortabel. Die Aussichten aus unserem Zimmer waren schön, die Swan River über Südperth ausblickten. Die Nachtblicke waren mit allen Lichtern erstaunlich. Wir hatten Club-Zugang, der auch für uns perfekt war. Wir verbrachten fast zwei Stunden dort auf einem Fenstertisch, der die schönen Nachtlichten genießte, chatte, entspannte und genießte die sehr großzügige Auswahl von Sofas, Wein und Spirituosen. Auch der Service dort war unverschämt. Das Frühstück im Firewater Grille bietet fantastische Speisen, warm und kalt und es gab nichts mehr, was wir hätten gewünscht. Der erstaunliche Service durch das Personal setzte sich über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt fort. Das Personal des Duxton Hotels ist für ihren hervorragenden Service und Aufmerksamkeit auf Details zu loben. Ich war so beeindruckt. I have stayed at the hotel over the past 15 years and it has gradually become a little run down here and there but the worst change is the service, nobody has a smile or greets you as a guest, your just another inconvenience for them. I stayed in a ”Deluxe” King room last week and the Bathroom was dirty and the Shower over Bath is a disgrace (see photo). I don't think I'll be staying again until some marked improvements have been made.

Wir wollten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Arena und das war perfekt. Das Personal, Reinigung, Frühstück, einzugsfähiges Badezimmer, waren alle groß. Scham über das Komfortniveau des Betts und der Sofa. Das Bett rollte in die mittlere große Zeit und war sehr niedrig. Die Couch war extrem niedrig, so dass sie für eine Person besonders mit Behinderung unbrauchbar war. Sie hatten offensichtlich nicht über diesen Aspekt der Benutzerbarkeit nur das Badezimmer gedacht, um es zu einem zugänglichen Rating. Wir würden nochmal bleiben, aber nicht in diesem Zimmer und wir würden fragen, wie das Möbel bequem ist.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

Special occasion for our wedding anniversary and well looked after by the Hilton Parmelia staff, and it’s always nice to see long time staff and the meet new. While diamond HH, we were upgraded to a beautiful Kings parlor room for the weekend, had an amazing breakfast in our room, and we always find the executive lounge enjoyable as a relaxing place to go and the food offered is often varied. We enjoy the Samuels restaurant and bar food menu, but I do miss the Caesar salad from the pre covid days. It used to be the best. We have stayed at other Perth hotels, including the DT but the Parmelia still comes out tops for us. Thank you for making the weekend so special.

Fantastische Lage ! Wach auf einen schönen Hafenblick , frische Luft , direkt gegenüber dem Fährbahnhof , wo Sie nur auf dem Fähre zu überqueren gegen CBD , Zentrum , Chiantown usw. in nur 10 Minuten Fahrt ! Hotel ist sauber, neu, voll ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile, Parkplatz ist verfügbar, auch gibt es eine kostenlose Waschmaschine und Trockner auf Ebene 2 und BBq-Pit, die war wunderbar

Große, hausgemachte Elektronik, Badewaschmaschine und Badewanne, Küchengeräte sind auch sehr vollständig, mit speziellen Büro- und Speisetisch, besonders nahe am Kings Park, gute Umgebung im Inneren und Außen

Second stay at the Wonil Perth after a very nice first stay last year. The Wonil Perth is not your standard 4 or 5 star hotel (it would deserve 5 stars, by the way), but a unique place with a beautiful vibe, last but not least thanks to an excellent team. Staff is superfriendly, with Front Office Manager Khalid Awan being outstandingly courteous and service-oriented. Again a wonderful experience. Enjoyed the nice room, the beautiful view from the balcony, the terrace, the excellent food in the restaurant, and the welcoming atmosphere.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Local Hotel. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und untergebracht. Wir hatten die Pläne, eine Nacht auf Rottnest Island zu verbringen, bevor wir zwei Nächte im Hotel anreisen, und sie erlaubten uns freundlich, unser Gepäck einen Tag früh zu lagern. Es war so ein großer Gefallen und machte unsere Reise viel bequemer. Als wir ankamen, war unser Gepäck bereits in unserem Zimmer, was ein schöner Kontakt war. Das Zimmer selbst war stilvoll und modern. Wir haben für ein Eckeszimmer gewählt, das drei große Fenster hatte, füllte den Raum mit natürlichem Licht. Das Licht im Zimmer war auch gut gemacht, schuf ein angenehmes Ambiente. Obwohl die Toilette und das Badezimmer geteilt wurden und es etwas Lärm aus der Musik der Bar gab, war die Gesamterfahrung angenehm. Diese kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten wurden durch die positiven Aspekte unseres Aufenthalts überschattet. Im Allgemeinen denke ich, das Local Hotel ist ein schöner Ort zu bleiben. Wir hatten eine schöne Erfahrung.
