Very good location and close to train station. The room is clean and large. Good for family stay.

Location is right in the centre, closed with a lot of dining places. Walking distance to the station and shopping centre. Need to refurbish as the carpet so old.

Good location in the city, not where the nightlife is, but where the main shopping is. Check in proccess was smooth. Kitchen utensils and cookware were all very clean. The only negative was the awful stench of the carpet and the tight carpark.

Convenience location, only 5 mins walk to Perth Station.  Shopping, supermarkets, restaurants are nearby.  Hotel is tidy and the staff are nice and helpful.

Fantastic location. Cross a small street to Hay Street Mall. They had someone manning front desk 24/7 which was v gd s we arrived at 2am. Once a wk cleaning but u can ask for toiletries/extra sheets if needed.

Really good location. The Washing mashine is inside the room. The best for family use.

The locatin is superb and near train station. Convenient for tourists for heaving luggage. There are many good food nearby. e.g. Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Western food. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the stay during my solo trip to Perth.

Good hotel for the stay in city during the events and concert near to bus stop and train station .

It's a superb location that is near to all the amenities, trains, great restaurants, convenient stores and even car rental. The building is a bit rundown but the room is clean with a small kitchen that is very well equipped, perfect for families with small kids. Super convenient, love our stay here.

Super convenient location. I have stayed in 2 bedroom unit. Although hotel is old, it has good amenities for family and room is spacious. I would come back and stay here again.

Great location walking 5 mins to supermarket train ride to airport , frementle ..only 5 mins walk .we got our rooms at noon instead of 330pm... full kitchen ..beds were comfortable ALL Good ..Will definitely stay here again..
