The hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

Our stay at the Westin in Perth WA was wonderful.on checking in we were offered a glass of bubbles ,which was lovely.Breakfast was delicious, staff were very attentive.Will definitely be back .

Big room and very comfortable. Location is excellent with lots of shopping/restaurants within walking distance. Parking is charged an extra $40 per night. Only thing is that they don't provide basic amenities like toothbrushes

Room was big and very clean upon checking in. The location is right at Murray Street which made it very convenient to find food, last minute shopping etc. Will stay here again for my next business trip.

My sink was broken during my stay. Luckily, I could access my family's another room for using the sink. The breakfast was nice in taste and variety, but I had to wait for more than 30minute for the omelette.

Toilet shower area drainage location is weir. Other then that all other is excellent.

Room was lovely large, very clean and nice view.

The room is spacious with a nice big table enough for a family of 4 to gather around. The view from our room was unblocked and the hotel within a short walking distance to the main shopping belt In Perth. It is also relatively near to the lively botonical garden. The main downside for us was the bed was soft.

stayed for 6 nights in June, 2 rooms, every day there was something left behind, hand towels were not replaced, tea was not refilled, teaspoons were missing, soap was out of stock, bedsheets were quite messy after being cleaned. there were dirty tissues still left behind. room cleaning was not in accordance with the star status and price

Excellent hotel with unbeatable views of the city. Room is comfortable and breakfast selection tops.

I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown. The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay. The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

Hotel is in a quiet corner right next to St Mary Cathedral. Great amenities and friendly staff
