Hotels stoppen Eis zu tun, als wir in der coviden Zeit waren, können wir Eis zurückbringen, einige Leute wie Getränke mit Eis, wenn sie im Hotel bleiben, verpassen das Eis 😁 Andernfalls liebe ich diesen Ort !

Stark empfehlen Sie diese Unterkunft. Willkommen von hilfsbereitem Personal, das aus ihrem Weg geht, um Sie komfortabler zu machen. Nichts ist zu schwierig für sie. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Schalenblättern. Perfekt gekocht und präsentiert Frühstück mit einer breiten Palette von Optionen.

Stayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

Die Mitarbeiter sind enthusiastisch und freundlich, das ist das günstigste wirtschaftliche Hotel in der zentralen Geschäftszone. Gehstrecke kann zu verschiedenen Restaurants erreicht werden. Der einzige negative Aspekt ist, dass das Hotel keine Parkplätze hat und nicht an der Straße parken kann. Obwohl die Sicherheit am Tag schwer gewährleistet ist und teuer ist.

Wir liebten unsere einstweilige Aufenthaltcay bei Ritz Carlton. Wir kamen früh und konnten früh ohne Fuss prüfen. Als ich buchte, gab es keine Zimmer mit einem Königsbett und River view, so musste ich 2 Doppel buchen, aber ich bat ihn bei der Eincheckung und sie sortierten es für uns. Das Zimmer war erstaunlich, fantastische Aussichten, sehr geräumig, sauber und modern Das Pool-Gebiet ist großartig, wir bestellten Mittagessen und Cocktails, die wir in der Sonne hatten Pool Seite ging zurück zu unserem Zimmer und es gab eine Flasche Bubble in dort mit einem Hinweis an jemand anderes für Ihr Geburtstag war etwas seltsam. Wir waren da für den Geburtstag meiner Männer und es gab keine Erwähnung davon, obwohl ich sie darauf hingewiesen habe, dass sie vielleicht ihre Notizen vermischt haben. Wir essen in einem herzlichen Restaurant, das lecker war, obwohl der Service möglicherweise schneller gewesen!! Die Songbird-Bar war wunderschön - wird sicherlich zurück dort Frühstück war erstaunlich, so viel Wahl. Wir konnten keine Artikel bestellen, es war nur ein Buffet, das ursprünglich enttäuschend war, aber die Qualität der für ihn gefertigten Buffetartikel. Wir konnten die Einrichtungen nach dem Auschecken weiter nutzen. Wünschen Sie, dass die Sauna und Wassertherapie Pools nicht geschlechtsspezifischen

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Guter Weg nach einem 10-Stunden-Übernachtungsflug aus Peking in Perth zu landen. Das Team machte ihr Bestes, um unser Zimmer zu früh ohne zusätzliche Gebühr bereit zu bekommen - ein Gott mit Kindern. Zimmer waren spotless, ruhig und die perfekte Temperatur. Das Frühstücksbuffet bedeutete, dass wir uns nicht um das Essen in den Morgenstunden Sorgen zu machen. Gute Lage für die Stadtmitten und Swan River Wandern. Freie Wäsche war auch sehr geschätzt. Nur ein Hinweis wäre das Frühstückszimmer wird sehr bevölkert nach 8 so besser zu früh zu kommen, als das Personal kämpfen, Leute zu sitzen und den Service zu halten bewegen. Aber wieder haben sie alles getan, um uns zusammen zu sitzen und die Kinder zu ernähren. Großes Dank für das Team!

We have been commuting to Perth from the South West for appointments since moving from Fremantle so know our way around and what is good value in the area and the Pagoda in Como ticks all the boxes for us. The resort is tastfully decorated in oriental style with big well equipped and clean rooms. Although close to the freeway it is very quite due to double grazed windows. The resort is well equipped with a bar and restaurant as well as an outdoor pool and a gym. Highly recommended from me!

We stayed a few nights here due to the UniSport Nationals. The hotel was modern, breakfast was decent and cooked to your liking, and the location was perfect for what we were after. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and there are enough amenities even during holidays to keep you looked after.
