Da es am Elisabeth Quay liegt, eignet es sich hervorragend für einen Spaziergang, die Aussicht ist großartig und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und die Inneneinrichtung ist luxuriös. Ein paar Dinge, die enttäuschend waren, waren, dass der Wasserdruck in der Dusche schwach war und der Wind von der Heizung so direkt wehte, dass es mir in den Augen weh tat. Und das Badezimmer war so luxuriös und hatte viel Stauraum, aber ich war überrascht, dass es im Duschbereich keine Tür gab. Da es keine Tür gab, war es beim Duschen sehr kalt, und die Umkleidekabine war offen und hatte keine Tür, sodass meine Kleidung feucht wurde. Etwas enttäuschend war auch, dass es im Zimmer kein Sofa gab. Dennoch war es insgesamt gut.

What a stay! Clean, spacious and super quiet room. Huge beautiful bathroom and dressing area. Best beds ever. Loved the pool. Restaurants were pricey but top notch food and service. Easy walking distance to so many places. What made this stay though was the exceptional staff and their hospitality

We had a wonderful stay for my birthday and the staff are very attentive and kind, we were upgraded which was amazing! The spa, pool and the breakfast+++ I gave 4/5 for cleanliness because we found glass marks on the table and hair in the seat, but everything else was great, i recommend!

Really nice Hotel, downside is spa and pool closing by 6pm.

Not the Ritz experience of the past. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and have to admit the place has let itself go a little. Past luxuries seem to have been downgraded and the pool area, which we thought as average previously, has not improved. It’s in the shade for the majority of the day and when the sun does finally find its way into the area the infamous Fremantle doctor afternoon wind makes it an uncomfortable experience. Limited mixed gender facilities inside restricts couples’ activities. Not sure we’ll return

Amazing service. We arrived exhausted after a red eye flight and arrived 7am at the hotel. We were so glad we had an early check in and free upgrade. Will stay again. 2nd stay here since 2020.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. From the moment we arrived after a red-eye flight, the service was thoughtful and warm. A special thank you to the hotel manager for the kind gesture of offering an early check-in—it made a world of difference for us. To our surprise and delight, we were also upgraded to a river view room. The room itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was immaculate, and the comfort was second to none. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. Staff were consistently attentive and professional without being overbearing. Breakfast was another highlight. The menu was delicious and changed the next day, which was a nice touch for guests staying more than one night. Couldn’t ask for more—thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything was great. We got upgraded for birthday celebration with a very pretty river view and a nice slice of chocolate cake. Totally enjoyed our stay

Service can be improved, in particular the housekeeping service.

Everything was amazing. Buffet was brilliant, lots of options. Room was clean and modern and staff were very friendly. We had a problem with the lifts but the staff were very helpful with it. Would come here again.

Very good environment in the hotel, good services provided by the hotel also, and the view is amazing

We stayed for 5 nights and the internet and phone service was terrible. Inside the building we could only get 1 bar of 4G for the entire stay and the free wifi was very unstable, often dropping out. It was very frustrating and difficult to get work done. We complained often and the staff tried but could not get the wi fi to stop crashing.

Fast wifi in room Suggested improvements 1. More movie channels on the TV. Why no Netflix? 2 Room rate should at least include a Continental breakfast during the stay 3. Room was booked for 3 guests. Yet only 2 bathrobes 4. Tea bags provided in the room were a generic brand - Why not provide a more luxury tea brand such as TWG that is consistent with the Ritz Carlton brand?

Very welcoming staff upon check in. Upgraded us to room with river view. However all of us felt the air conditioning seemed to be working on and off and was getting quite warm in the middle of the night, which eventually turned off on its own. Room otherwise was great
