Was ich am meisten bewundere, ist, dass wir am Kondo kochen können. Sie haben einen intelligenten Fernseher, wo Sie Ihre Lieblings-Netflix-Filme sehen können. Es hat viele Aufzüge, die für alle Gäste zukünftig zu versorgen. Das Personal war auch nett und war auf alle unsere Anfragen aufmerksam.

This is hotel is super classy. 5 stars all the way. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t maximize the facilities and everything it has to offer as our time then was just for a night and super tired coming from Boracay. Nevertheless I would love to have the opportunity to stay there again hopefully for a longer stay. I would imagine that’s it’s a great staycation for families in Manila. A little on the expensive side albeit.

Abgesehen von der sehr langen Wartezeit auf die Verfügbarkeit eines Zimmers, der Check-in erfolgt um 15:00 Uhr, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte jedoch erst nach 17:30 Uhr, alles war super! Alle waren so höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren großartig und es gibt einen Bereich, in dem man bequem den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann.

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

Eine tolle Erfahrung. Ein tolles Hotel, eine fantastische Lage, ein tolles Personal. Noyl an der Rezeption war eine wahre Freude, genauso wie der Rest des Personals. Die Lage war absolut fantastisch - an der Ecke von EDSA und Roxas - fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Jeepney-Haltestelle für die meisten Bereiche direkt vor der Seitentür. MOA (Mall of Asia) zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles, was Sie essen möchten, ist ein kurzer Ausflug. Der Preis ein Zusatznutzen - aber jeden Cent wert. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten - als nächstes bin ich zurück nach Manila. Gott segne das gesamte Personal.

Problemloser check-in + checkout, saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer 1a Qualität; Frühstück: passabel (eher nach asiatischem als europäischem Geschmack); Betten: sehr bequem; Dusche/Bad funktioniert sehr gut; TV Kanalauswahl sehr begrenzt, wifi sehr gut; kleiner Swimmingpool im7.Stockwerk; Problem: Taxis vor dem GoldenPhoenix schalten regelmäßig ihre Taxometer aus, um ihre Fahrgäste zu Mondpreisen zu befördern. Auch am Flughafen (NAIA) herrscht die Strategie vor, Kunden übers Ohr zu hauen (rent-a-car Taxis für 4000.- oder 3000.- PhP bei einer Kurzstrecke, die regulär etwa 135.- kostet). GoldenPhoenios hat gegenüber der Strategie der Taxifahrer kapituliert (anders als zB das Heritage Hotel, dort gibt es noc echte metered taxis). Das Golden Phoenix ist als Baukomplex etwas unübersichtlich (integriert in Condominium), aber wegen seiner Sauberkeit, seines guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses und seiner Nähe zu Mall of Asia (10 min zu Fuß) durchaus empfehlenswert.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. Thank You and please all keep SAFE in these unpredictable times. Mike X (British)

Initially we were in a downstairs room ,but a herd people arrived with there elephant children and there very loud voices, they arrived at 1am and continued to re arrange the bedroom above us for the next two hours. The hotel were very apologetic and moved us to a lovely room upstairs with a balcony with the promise that there would be no Chinese anywhere near us.. however we saw them at breakfast the next morning doing there selfies and shouting at each other even though they are just centimetres apart. The rooms are fantastic staff and location fantastic,and lets face it the Chinese are everywhere now and we just have to get used to them until they learn to be self aware. Only cost 100pesos for a taxi to terminal 1, from the end of the street there are hundreds of jeepneys to take you to the mall for 8pesos. Or like us you can walk, it's about 20 mins.great place to stay one hundred percent recommend .t

Weil der Umzug 20 Stunden war, setzte ich das Hotel auf, dachte ich, es wäre in Manila. Nachdem ich am nächsten Tag wach war, konnte ich direkt auf der Kartenseite reisen. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass es lange dauert. Und es ist ein Autohotel, das eigentlich zu groß ist, was auf dem Bild und dem Zimmer ist, es gibt keine Lifts, es gibt große Gepäck, um vorsichtig zu sein, aber die Mitarbeiter werden Ihnen helfen, den zweiten Stock zu nehmen. Vielen Dank! Der Kiefer aus dem kalten Wasser ist kaputt, die Wäsche fühlt sich schmutzig und hat sich gut mit dem Schalen geholt. Wichtig ist, dass das Schlaftach im Bett ist ein super großer Spiegel, der sich immer sehen kann, verrückt über den Schreck Haha Das ist das zweite Mal, dass ich nicht mehr wohne. Die Umgebung ist ein Kolumbien, es gibt einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte, aber ich durfte 7-11 kaufen und eine Flasche philippinisches Essen Bulalo bestellen, lecker 😋

I have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

Ich wollte zum Baclaran-Markt gehen, daher war ich mit der Lage zufrieden. Ich habe im Voraus mit Karte bezahlt, benötige aber 2.000 Peso in bar als Anzahlung. Bier und Süßigkeiten werden auf dem Zimmer bereitgestellt und die Menge, die Sie trinken, wird beim Auschecken abgezogen. Frauen und Portiers an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich.

Ich werde immer in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn ich in Manila sein muss.

Das ist unser Hotel, wenn wir Manila besuchen oder einen Transfer von Manila zu einem anderen Ort in den Philippinen haben, da es sehr nahe der NAIA und auch der Mall of Asia ist. Das Front Desk Personal ist untergebracht und super freundlich!! Sie können sogar Dokumente für Sie zu günstigen Preisen drucken. Ich liebe ihr Filippino Frühstück, aber sie haben auch Western Frühstück. Ich empfehle das gehütete Rindfleisch mit Reis oder das Bangus mit Reis zum Frühstück und den Wiener Kaffee. Der Mann am Frontbüro, Joely, hielt uns mit unseren Gepäck und bestellte auch ein Taxi für uns zum Flughafen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Meine Familie von 6 blieb fast 3 Wochen im Gasthaus. Von der Zeit, als wir am Flughafen aufgeholt wurden, bis wir nach Hause zurückkehren müssen, haben wir eine phänomenale Erfahrung gemacht. Die Eigentümer, Marites und George haben sich an alle Bedürfnisse meiner Familie gewöhnt und genügend gemütlich gemacht. Von allem, was wir brauchen, zögerten sie nicht, diese Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Zu einem Punkt machten sie mir sogar ein besonderes Essen, seit ich in der letzten Woche unseres Aufenthalts krank wurde. Ein besonderes Menü, das sie nicht aufgelistet haben, wurde mit einem Lächeln versorgt. Sie würden mich oft in meinem Zimmer prüfen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles, was ich nötig war, versorgt wird. Was das Personal im Gasthaus betrifft, so sind sie eine große Gruppe von hart arbeitenden Frauen, die unseren Aufenthalt erinnerelich gemacht haben. Das Personal hat sichergestellt, dass alle unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden. oft würden unsere Zimmer ohne zu fragen sauber. Sie baten mich sogar, mein Zimmer zu reinigen, während ich in der Wohnung bin. Sie haben immer ein Lächeln auf ihren Gesichtern und sehr chatteln mit mir während unseres Aufenthalts. Und ich liebe es, mit ihnen zu chatten. Zu allen Mitarbeitern, Evelyn, Rose, Erika, Bernadette, Analynn und jemand anderem, den ich vergessen habe.
