Always an amazing and beautiful stay. Have stayed many times since our eldest child received a medical diagnosis at the start of 2020 resulting in multiple trips from Tasmania to Melbourne. Being able to utilise such a stunning hotel for these trips whether it be for my husband to stay at whilst our son and I stay on the ward at The Royal Children’s Hospital or for all of us to stay at when our son hasn’t required to be admitted to the ward. We’ve never been disappointed, service is always a 10 and the views are amazing. Looking forward to hopefully making a non medical trip to Melbourne in the future and booking accommodation here knowing we will enjoy our stay.

Let's start with what is good about this business- * New carpets in the rooms/hallways * New furniture in reception * New beds/linen/TVs/lamps in the rooms * The location is unsurpassed- walking distance to the Women's hospital AND numerous parks, Brunswicks nightlife and shopping district * The carpark is generous * The staff are pleasant But then... what's bad? * No bins in the bathroom * Not enough power points in the rooms in convenient locations ( We all have to charge devices these days) * The pool looked lovely until you realise that in mid-Summer... it's not clean * Value is poor- I understand tennis is on in Melbourne so the motels are set at a premium... but really? Mid renovations and unfinished rooms... and they feel they can put the price up??That reflects badly on the management of this location because it's opportunistic in all the wrong ways. * Rooms are not maintained during your staff- beds were not made when we returned from our day out ... and then the ugly! * The water literally wasn't on in the morning... due to the lack of presence of hot water, we had learned to turn the taps on and let it run for a few minutes... but on the second morning here it literally stopped and no water came out for about five minutes. Thinking it was safe once the water returned, I showered, only for it to stop for about 20 seconds mid shower * Water for the shower runs hot and cold... literally mid-shower * Renovations are occurring like other reviewers have noted and there is clutter in the hallways It's not a motel that one would return to in a hurry, but if they manage to make good on their renovations and revitalise the outside areas ... it has potential to be something special.

Park Squire Motor Inn und Serviced Apartments Wir haben hier für eine Nacht geblieben, während wir im Land leben und hatten eine Hochzeit in Ascot Valle. Wir dachten, wir würden die Fahrt außerhalb des Motels bis zum Standort fangen, aber es endete mit einem Taxi, weil ich wirklich zu alt bin, um hohe Hüften zu tragen! Es war großartig, dass wir unser Auto im sicheren Park verlassen können. Das Motel befindet sich auf einer extrem belasteten Straße und Kreuzung, so dass wir uns Sorgen über den Lärm hatten. Wir KÖNNEN den Verkehrslärm in der Entfernung hören, aber nicht so schlecht wie ich dachte, es wäre. Und wir haben nichts in der Nacht gehört. Alle Zimmer, die ich sehen konnte, waren ein Flug von Treppen ohne Aufzug, was für Menschen mit Mobilitätsproblemen problematisch wäre. Ich glaube, sie haben einige Bodenunterkünfte, aber sie haben es nicht gesehen. Es war gut für uns in unserer 70s. Einchecken war einfach mit dem freundlichen Personal und wir gingen auf, unser Zimmer zu finden. Um die Wahrheit zu sagen, hat der Außenseite bessere Tage gesehen. Ich erinnere mich an das Motel zurück in den 60er Jahren! Aber wir waren angenehmen überrascht, unser Zimmer zu finden. Es sah sauber und modern aus. Es gab eine Königin und ein Einzelbett. Ich weiß nicht, welche Art von Zimmerbeschreibung es geben zu geben. Ich dachte, wir hatten gerade ein gewöhnliches Zimmer reserviert. Es gab ein vernünftiger Größe TV, 2 Clubsitze, ein Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Wir waren auch froh über das kostenlose WLAN. Die Betten waren für uns komfortabel, da wir eine mittlere Mathese mögen.Das Badezimmer war modern und sauber. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt und werden hier wieder bleiben.
