SShizuka MeiEs war eine gute Erfahrung, aber ich denke, dass es einige Verbesserungen geben könnte, insbesondere beim Essen, das sie am Buffet servieren. Das Frühstück war gut, aber das Abendbuffet war durchschnittlich mit begrenzter Auswahl. Die Lage war auch nicht gut, da es in der Umgebung nichts gibt. Das Personal war nett und freundlich. Der Meerblick war atemberaubend und absolut empfehlenswert.

GGastnutzerSehr schöne Anlage, wie ein tropischer Park. Der Strand ist wunderschön und Verpflegung und Unterkunft könnten nicht besser sein. Es wäre allerdings wünschenswert dass in einem 5* Resort gewisse Verhaltensweisen vom Personal besser unterbunden würden. In Badehose und nur mit dem Handtuch umwickelt sollte eigentlich niemand ins Speiselokal und laute Handys sind für alle drum herum auch nur lästig und nerven. Das schränkt die Erholung für die man ja viel bezahlt hat schon ein.

Zimmer: Natürlich sauber. Das Bett fühlte sich jedoch kleiner an als ein normales Einzelbett, und es gab kein Sofa, was ein Minuspunkt war.
Wasser gab es nur in begrenzter Menge, nur vier 350-ml-Plastikflaschen.
Es war mühsam, nach mehr zu fragen.
Frühstück: Weniger Auswahl als erwartet. Es wäre besser gewesen, mehr lokale warme Gerichte als Sushi und Dim Sum zu essen.
Restaurant: Wir waren im Enie und Azur, und beide waren gut. Die Happy Hour im Azur ist besonders gut!
Das Kokoseis im Café am Pool ist sehr empfehlenswert!
Personal: Freundlich und nett. Es gibt japanisches Personal, was beruhigend ist.
Pool: Es wäre schön, wenn es einen Pool nur für Erwachsene gäbe, auch wenn er nur ein Teil des Hauptpools wäre. Kein Wasser oder andere Dienstleistungen.
Obwohl es ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ist, liegt es unter anderen Hotels, in denen ich in anderen Ländern übernachtet habe. Ist das angesichts des Preises angemessen?
Ich habe viel geschrieben, aber insgesamt war es ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

GGordonThis is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort!
Pros:
- It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel!
- Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people.
- Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless.
- I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help.
Cons:
- The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours.
- The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences.
- The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby.
- Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

GGastnutzerDie Sraff sind schön. Nach dem Frühstück ließ ich mein Handy auf dem Tisch liegen und das Mädchen gab es mir zurück. Ich bin so dankbar dafür. Das Zimmer war ok, wenn man nicht wählerisch ist. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich klein. Um die Toilette zu benutzen, muss man nach dem Öffnen der Tür in die Dusche gehen und die Tür wieder schließen, um zur Toilette zu gelangen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass nicht alle Badezimmer denen des Zimmers entsprechen, in dem wir übernachtet haben.

LLeif ReyYou get what you pay for with this hotel. Although some of the appliances are old they still get the job done. The smart tv was a great addition to the room as it allowed us to watch and stream movies and tv shows. The only disappointing part was the internet connection as it wasn't stable and it wasn't fast enough to use reliably if you wanted to work.

MMrs. ShonSo ein schönes Resort!!! Beim Einchecken wurde ich nicht besonders freundlich empfangen, aber Ralph checkte meinen Freund ein und er bekam sofort ein Zimmer. Wir wechselten zu Ralph und er übergab alles sehr schnell und es war auch für uns ein Zimmer frei. Er ist so kompetent, zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich gegenüber den Gästen. Abgesehen vom Einchecken bietet das Frühstück viele Optionen, Cocktailbars/Happy Hours von Montag bis Donnerstag, tolles Angebot!! Ich liebte Salt und die Sky Bar auf dem Dach, die Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang war unglaublich. Paddle-Board, Kajakfahren und die 8 verschiedenen Pools, die wir getestet haben. Das Grillmenü war unglaublich und der Kellner bringt Ihnen auch Ihren Cocktail an den Strand. Das freundliche Personal machte den Ausflug sehr angenehm und die anderen Gäste, hauptsächlich Koreaner, waren so freundlich und nett. Ich hatte das beste Weihnachten in diesem Resort und kann es kaum erwarten, mit meinem Mann zurückzukehren.

GGastnutzerja, es lohnt sich, dort zu übernachten, aber das nächste Mal werde ich in einem anderen Hotel übernachten, da das Frühstücksbuffet gut ist, aber etwas mehr Abwechslung braucht, denn nach 12 Tagen Bread & Butter Pudding habe ich genug davon. Abwechslung, die Würze des Lebens und jeden Tag sollte etwas anderes auf der Speisekarte stehen, ansonsten ist es ok. Würde anderen empfehlen, dort zu übernachten.

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
