Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

GGastnutzerFor the price, I think it is a reasonable option. However objectively:
1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking. The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about. To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.
2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews. However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.
3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both. They only cleaned 1. I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.
4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.
5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.
6. The staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).
7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible. It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.
All in all, it was a decent stay. Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

DdillonchewwxDie Lage ist gut – ganz in der Nähe des historischen Stadtzentrums. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Leicht zu erreichen und auch in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.
Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber und verfügt über alle grundlegenden Notwendigkeiten. Schöne Renovierung des Ortes. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und empfehlenswert.

NNK.PZentrale Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Gegenüber dem bekannten Restaurant Pusing Seafoid. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.
Zimmer und Betten sind komfortabel. Der Boden ist etwas staubig.
Ein SK Magic Wasserspender steht in der Lobby bereit. Schöne und gemütliche Lobby. Der Teppichboden sollte gründlich gesaugt werden.
Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet eine große Auswahl. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sehr empfehlenswert.

GGastnutzerI ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

NNzet1996Got a short trip to Ipoh and choose Zone Hotel Ipoh. The location is nice where it is just 15 mins from Ipoh city central and nearby to plaza tol. It feels comfortable to stay with clean room and quiet environment.

FflowmaniacDie Rezeption mit Ausnahme des Chefs spricht leider kein Englisch. Das Hotel ist sehr sehr stylisch und für den Preis ein echter Schnapper. Auf dem Gelände des Hotels finden sich kleinere Souvenirläden, ein sehr gutes Restaurant und in unmittelbarer Nähe diverse Cafés.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 20. Stock für meinen Aufenthalt. View in Richtung Süden, sehr schön.
Es hat 2 Schlafzimmer, beide mit WC. Wohnzimmer und offene Küche ist in einem großen Raum. Groß genug für ein weiteres Queen Bett, das neben den Wohnzimmerfenstern gestellt ist.
Machen Sie whatsapp die gegebene Anzahl der Heimsitze für Anweisungen auf einem einfachen Selbst-Check-in. Sie können auch eine frühe Check-in beantragen, wenn erforderlich.
