Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
So gut wie alles im Zimmer und Flur ist angekratzt, abgebrochen oder verbleicht.
Beim Pool und Fitness war kein Handtuch und es wirkte ein wenig staubig.
Was jedoch auserordentlich war, ist das Frühstück.
Gefühlt 1000 verschiedene Dinge, frische Roti, fritiertes Hähnchen und und und.
Die Lage ist okay, da es nicht direkt in der Staft liegt, dort aber Abends sowieso alles zu hatte.

JJeffery CYI recently had the pleasure of staying at Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay.
The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right.
One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much!
Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes.
Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. For the value it offers, Symphony Suites Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice on our next visit to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead.
Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open.
I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive.
Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay.

AAnonymer BenutzerDieses Zimmer ist recht klein und der Lobby-Check-in ist auf Ebene 12. Wenn Sie dort eintreten, wird Ihr Autokennzeichen registriert und die Rezeption scannt die Karte und geht hoch auf Ebene 12. Die Warteschlange ist so lang, dass es nur zwei Schalter gibt.
Ich liebe das Design ihrer Lobby, es ist ziemlich faszinierend und hübsch. Das Zimmer ist klein und das Kissen hat nur eines.
Eine Nacht bleiben, trotzdem ok.
Es liegt in der Nähe einer berühmten Straße und viele berühmte Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

GGastnutzerDer Aufenthalt war gut, außer dass die Lage nahe der Autobahn ist und wir konnten nicht gut schlafen wegen des lauten Verkehrslärms. Suggerieren Sie, Lärm-Annullierungsfenster für das gesamte Zimmer installieren. Sonst wird der Aufenthalt nicht angenehm und wird Ihr Geschäft beeinflussen.

FflowmaniacDie Rezeption mit Ausnahme des Chefs spricht leider kein Englisch. Das Hotel ist sehr sehr stylisch und für den Preis ein echter Schnapper. Auf dem Gelände des Hotels finden sich kleinere Souvenirläden, ein sehr gutes Restaurant und in unmittelbarer Nähe diverse Cafés.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Hotel ist nur 10 Minuten von Ipoh Greentown entfernt und Aeon ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Verschiedene Restaurants um die Ecke, das Hotelzimmer ist geräumig. Der Wäscheservice müsste aufmerksamer sein. Die Rezeptionistin müsste aufmerksamer sein und sich an die Wünsche der Kunden erinnern. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gut für einen normalen Aufenthalt, Service 7/10. Ich würde sagen
