GGastnutzerReally enjoyed our stay, the suite was so comfortable and spacious. Extremely clean, modern and great facilities.
Very comfortable bed and a great shower.
The kitchen is a real bonus, ideal for longer stays.
Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
Staff were polite and friendly.
Safe car park and the location is very pleasant. The walk into the city only takes about 15-20 minutes. Great value for money, will definitely use next time we’re in Cardiff.

KKay-aLocation to public transport and local attractions was convenient. The accommodation was comfortable but it would have been better if there was a floor plan where the rooms are located as only 3 rooms were on the main floor and the others were accessible via stairs, which are narrow. Our room was outside the main house in the back. If you are travelling with lots of luggage or big, heavy suitcases, be mindful that there are no lifts. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Modern fittings and energy saving features were a plus.

SSitalI had a very enjoyable stay at Leonardo Hotel Cardiff. The room was well-presented, spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite. The service throughout my stay was excellent; staff were attentive, responded promptly to any requests, and went out of their way to ensure everything was seamless. A particular highlight was being offered a takeaway breakfast to accommodate my early train departure, which I greatly appreciated.
The only minor drawback was that the room could be somewhat noisy at times. However, this did not detract significantly from what was otherwise a very positive experience. I would be pleased to stay here again.

TTravelTime11Decent hotel, centrally located close to the train station making it a very convenient place to stay. Staff very welcoming and took into account my special request and booked me a quiet room which was appreciated.
Breakfast, nothing special, just like any other hotel breakfast in the uk. Good views at the breakfast area, staff on hand to help and often going out of their way to help.
Service was 10/10.
Rooms themselves felt a little old and could do with a touch up but comfy enough for a short stay! Coffee machine too!

Sadly the room was not up to standard,
Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities.
General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice.
View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was nice, as it has a lovely swimming poo, so na and steam room. Very few chair for relaxing in the pool area, some people were sitting on the floor with their towels. Breakfast was the same with bit of change in their biscuits cereal. Bad side for food is that they offered scamble eggs only, fried and pouches eggs and omelette they charge for them.
It was my first time at the hotel or in Cardiff, it was Xmas even they seem kinda busy check in was suppose to be 3oclk but when we got there room was not ready and the receptionists were just cool about that, had to go to the desk and ask constantly which s boring.
The hotel is clean but I think their cleaning management is not up to standard, I had missing items in the room, like towels and next day I had to ask for handwash gel 100 times as it was not replaced. If you book with them maybe get yourself a suite room unlike just an ordinary room. It is a 4 star hotel was expecting a lot from them.

AAniwithluiIch blieb hier für eine Geschäftsreise für eine Woche. Das Zimmer schien sauber, aber es ist so dunkel, dass Sie nicht wirklich sagen können, ob es sauber ist oder nicht. Das ist eigentlich eine Frage - die Beleuchtung ist schlecht. Ich konnte nicht wirklich im Zimmer arbeiten, da es nur eine gelbe Umgebungsbeleuchtung und nicht eine normale Hauptquelle von Licht hatte. Das Badezimmer kann leicht kalt sein, wenn Sie die Tür nicht offen lassen, so dass warme Luft aus der A/C kann eintreten. Es ist schämend, dass sie nicht ein Frühstück enthalten, vor allem für lange Aufenthalte im Hotel, das nicht so billig ist und aus dem Zentrum... mindestens ein kleiner Sandwich würde Dinge besser machen, aber nein 👎🏼. Eine andere Sache ist, dass die Gegend nicht sehr schön ist. Wenn Sie nichts in diesem Bereich zu tun haben, empfehle ich Ihnen nicht zu bleiben. Ich wurde sogar von Taxifahrern gesagt, nicht allein zu gehen, nachdem es dunkel wird. Bevor ich das wusste, ging ich einen Spaziergang und es fühlte sich wirklich etwas unsicher. Das Personal war ok, ich hatte nicht viel Kontakt mit ihnen. Nur ein Vorfall hatte ich, als ich ankam - sie konnten mich nicht in ihrem System finden (es wurde per Versehen unter einem anderen Namen gebucht, aber ich habe es eine Woche vor der Ankunft geändert, so dass ich nicht weiß, warum sie keine Informationen aktualisierten). Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, aber fast alle Maschinen, mit Ausnahme einer, sind für Cardio-Übungen. Fast keine Restaurants oder Geschäfte in der Umgebung.

GGuest UserDas Zimmer befindet sich in der Mitte des Stadtzentrums in der Nähe des Schlosses und lokaler Attraktionen. Leider ist das Zimmer in einen Nachtclub zurückgewiesen, der Musik bis 4am spielte. Wenn Sie ein leichter Schlafer sind, könnte dies ein Problem sein. Andere dann, dass schöne Ort.

BBethSaidSmileIt is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy.
Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel.
Great service in the restaurant.
