Keine Ahnung warum, aber auf den Bildern sieht es etwas besser aus. Jedenfalls war alles gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber, schöner Balkon. Ein Minuspunkt: Der Wasserdruck war im zweiten Stock. Der Pool ist ein bisschen abgenutzt, aber sauber. Zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten. Entlang der Hauptstraße und der Hauptstraße – nicht sehr schön und laut, seien Sie einfach darauf vorbereitet. Die Gegend ist ruhig, keine Hähne in der Nähe. Aber wir hatten ziemlich laute Nachbarn (Pech gehabt). Für Alona ist es ziemlich gut.

Wir haben dieses Lokal versehentlich gebucht. Wir wollten Alona Vida Beach buchen, das direkt am Meer liegt, aber die App hat uns zu diesem Hotel geführt. Ich habe es nicht bemerkt (Vorsicht bei der Buchung! Denn es gibt zwei Hotels mit demselben Namen, ein Strandhotel (Alona Vida Beach) und dieses Hotel im Zentrum (Alona Vida Beach Resort Hill)) Wir werden jedoch nicht enttäuscht: Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend; Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Andererseits kein Restaurant, außer Espresso gibt es morgens keinen Kaffee. Es gibt eine Bar, in der Snacks serviert werden (wir haben es nicht ausprobiert) Die Lage ist ok, nah am Zentrum und etwa 900 m vom Strand entfernt (man muss umrunden, da es nur eine Straße gibt, die zum Strand führt) Der Gesamteindruck ist gut

Хороший, тихий отель. Номера просторные, чистые, у каждого номера свой балкончик. До пляжа минут 10-15 пешком. Расположен немного в дали от главной улицы, поэтому было тихо-спокойно. Очень понравились фруктовые шейки в баре.

We enjoyed our stay at the Alona Vida Beach Hill Resort, but I think they need to change their confusing name! The staff were good at communicating by email and seemed generally efficient. The room we had (G4) was basic but comfortable with excellent air-con and WiFi. The selection of cable TV channels was excellent- much better than expected! There was a desk and space for laptop although they could probably do with a few more sockets for plugging things in. The kettle, for example, had no outlet nearby so had to be moved somewhere else in the room to make a cup of coffee. The bed was quite comfortable but a bit soft for my liking. The pillows were large, perhaps a bit too large. It would be nice to have some sort of blanket or duvet on the bed rather than just a sheet. The storage in the room was excellent with lots of drawer and hanging space. The room was kept spotlessly clean and there was no sign of any ants that had spoiled our stay somewhat at The Pyramid Resort last year. My main complaint about the room was the lighting which was dreadful- the bedside lamps were useless and the spotlights in the ceiling were simply too bright and unpleasant. Why was there no lamp on the writing desk- it definitely seems a logical place to put a light. The bathroom was perhaps my favorite part of the room- it had a lovely window so had natural light the whole day, not very common in hotel rooms these days. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the strange Filipino habit of not having any hot water in the washbasin, only in the shower- as the water was heated by a water heater in each shower unit. It wasn't a major problem but I'm not really a fan of shaving in the morning with cold water. The hot water in the shower was not particularly hot but it was okay. The decoration of the room was a bit disappointing- there was only one slightly strange painting on the wall over the bed. In Bohol there are lovely arts and crafts creations- it's a pity the owners of the hotel don't use some of those items to give the rooms a more Filipino/Boholano feel as the rooms are a bit bland. The room also needs an armchair of some sort so that two people can sit down to watch TV or have a drink without having to sit on the bed. We brought a chair in from the balcony, but it would be nice to have one permanently sitting in the corner. As for the rest of the hotel, the pool was lovely and the water temperature perfect. It was well maintained and the water was clean and very inviting. I am a Senior Citizen with some mobility problems so I was pleased to see that there were steps down into the pool, but unfortunately there is no railing. It would be so easy to put a railing down the middle of the steps which would make getting in and out of the pool so much easier for us Seniors or PWDs. That is perhaps something the owners of the hotel need to think about as safety is a real issue in hotels nowadays and access to the pool should be easy for everyone,

The place was okay they prepared a welcome drink when we arrived. The room was nice it was more on a hostel style rather than a fancy hotel but it was okay. They had a pool though it was a bit small. It was kind of like Boracay where there were a lot of night activities such as drinking and the like.

Alona Vida Beach Hill Resort is a very comfortable, quiet and clean hotel with a very nice pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is food service and a bar. The food that I had was excellent. The facility is spotless clean, lots of hot water in the shower and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.
