The front desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the AC was very cold (just how I like it). Only negative were the pillows - thin and soft and weren’t to my liking. Bathroom was a little strange - glass door for the toilet but not the shower, so water easily splashed out when using the rain shower. Breakfast was nice with a range of local foods available.

Enjoyed the stay so much, great service from hotel reception. Free parking in the hotel. Very accessible to the mall, just right beside the hotel entrance. Very accessible to the restaurants nearby, walking distance in 10 mins or even driving distance in less than 4 mins. Coffee machine in the hotel room itself is very convenient.

The hotel is very nice and clean . The breakfast is good and have a lot of variety from western to eastern selection 👍

The location of hotel attched to Ipoh mall and the hotel room is very comfort and clean. There many choices of breakfast buffet.

We've stayed at this hotel before and had a good impression previously. Hence we chose to stay here again. Our Grand Deluxe room was huge! The windows gave us 180 degrees view of Taiping as far as the eyes can see. Cleanliness was good although there were a few strands of long hair. There's a coffee maker but all types of coffee had a distinct sourish note which wasn't enjoyable. Other than that, all was fine and we had a very good rest.

Regular guest at this hotel. And as always, a very satisfactory stay. Room is spacious & clean. Bedding is comfortable. But most of all, convenient location close to the Taiping Lake Gardens, as well as attached to a mall.
