Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Metro-Station und nicht weit von Zentrum. Es gab jeden Tag frische Obst im Zimmer. Die Personale waren freundlich und nett.

Das junge Personal an der Rezeption schniefte und berührte sich während der Arbeit ständig an der Nase, was einen unhygienischen und unordentlichen Eindruck machte. Ich habe für aufeinanderfolgende Nächte reserviert, aber als ich am zweiten Tag vom Ausgehen zurückkam, war der Kartenschlüssel ungültig. Ich ging zur Rezeption, um es zurücksetzen zu lassen, aber sie gaben mir nicht eine einzige Entschuldigung. Die Zimmer sind schwach beleuchtet und die Teppiche sind fleckig und schmutzig. Das Zimmer ist alt und es fliegen mehrere kleine Fliegen herum und sitzen an den Wänden und der Decke. Es gibt WLAN-Geräte, aber Sie können keine Verbindung herstellen, es sei denn, Sie haben eine chinesische Telefonnummer. Daher müssen diejenigen, die keine chinesische Telefonnummer haben, tragbares WLAN mitbringen.

I had a business trip to Shenzhen, and this hotel is located in the best location, Huangqian. The hotel is close to the metro, has a pool on the 4th floor, which is great for relaxing, and also has a gym. As a gift, they offered a fresh fruit platter, which I really loved.

The biggest advantage of staying at this hotel is the strategic location and that’s about it. Hotel building is definitely old which we didn’t mind. However, it seems the hotel didn’t make any effort to improve its facilities and they still live in the past. For example, some lights in room have to be turned off/on manually and you can’t switch them off from the main controller at bedside. The room is bigger than average which also means large carpeted area which rather smelly. The room has permanent cigarette smells (probably from years enduring smoking guests) and window cannot be opened. Wifi is rather slow and mobile signal is very weak here. It’s unfortunate because this hotel has potential to be one of the best. We can’t recommend and won’t be staying here again. Lastly, please be advised they charge one night room rate as deposit. Probably because things in room are so old and fragile.

Outstanding high-class luxurious hotel. It is a classic and classy hotel. I loved it very much, one of the best luxury hotels I have stayed in the world. For foreigners: think of The Pavillion as a better option than Ritz Carlton, or Grand Hyatt hotels, of the 90s when they were really good. Property is old, but VERY WELL maintained. The room and bathroom are very spacious and refined to the smallest details, with complimentary high-end amenities, water, and fresh fruits daily. With a big swimming pool and sports complex in the hotel. The facilities are super clean and very well kept. Staff and service are tip-top Chinese hospitality. When in Shenzhen, I stay here, for sure! 一流的豪华酒店。这是一家经典而优雅的酒店。我非常喜欢它,是我住过的最好的豪华酒店之一。对于外国人来说:The Pavillion 是比 90 年代的丽思卡尔顿酒店或君悦酒店更好的选择,当时它们真的很棒。酒店虽然很旧,但维护得非常好。房间和浴室非常宽敞,精致到最小的细节,每天提供免费的高端设施、水和新鲜水果。酒店内有一个大型游泳池和运动场。设施超级干净,维护得非常好。员工和服务都是一流的中国式待客之道。我来深圳的时候一定会住在这里!

There is no executive launch even though they sell the room like this We said we strive with an handicap guests with scooter we had to fight with them to let the scooter in the room with a promise not to charge the battery?!? We are traveling all over the world with this scooter flying in many different companies - but never had this attitude! For us - not foreigners friendly So never again.

Good location across the street from Huaqiangbei. Facilities are old. My sheets smelled like smoke and the room was dusty. I couldn't sleep so I requested to change rooms and was upgraded to a room on a different floor. I was surprised that the bed had a foam mattress and the sheets smelled clean. It seems that instead of replacing their old beds, they held onto them to sell cheap rooms using old box spring mattresses. You get what you pay for!
