Hotel provides buggy service to travel around hotel premise..service wise is great, staffs are friendly and responsive. The buggy guy even drove us around the hotel and showing us how beautiful the scenery. Thank you for the good service. Hotel breakfast buffet is on par, many choices, taste wise is acceptable, however, the coffee is terrible, it was so tasteless and cold, not drinkable ..

Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious. However, staying on the ground floor was far from relaxing. The noise from the room above was unbearable because the ceilings are very thin and not soundproof. I could hear every movement they made. I couldn’t sleep until almost 1 a.m., and then at 6 a.m., they woke up and started making noise again. If you’re assigned a ground-floor room and there are guests staying above you, I highly recommend requesting a room change immediately. I couldn’t rest at all during my stay.

This resort is located on a hill, so is kinda far from the town and hard to get grab, need to ask the receptionist to book shuttle bus if you wanna go to the town (its free). the receptionists are kind and helpful, but one thing to say is that the toilet aint that good where the water cant actually flow out causing our room a bit "flood" .

Everything was good except for the pillow provided by the hotel.

Great resorts, nice and peaceful place near Tuyen Lam lake. Excellent place for people who would like to enjoy closing to nature!

The hotel is very clean, the reception can speak english very well therefore is more easy to communicate. All the luggage is carry by their staff. The breakfast is very good cause more variety for us to choose even the different type also very delicious. They also have provide shuttle bus service with dedicated timing but need to booking in advance. The hotel also have different kind of activity to us. It suitable for a chill holiday.

We recently had the pleasure to stay and we must say the experience was exceptional. The staff members were incredibly accommodating and we’d like to give a special shout out to Anna for taking such good care of us during our stay.

The most scenic hotel that u have ever stayed in. Highly instagrammable. The scenery shots taken from and within the hotel compound produced are beyond words. Service is great. The only thing to be aware of is that you have to watch for creepy crawlies which may come into the room. This is highly understandable considering the environment it is located. But that is like once a while. Just have to check. Will miss this place.
