La recensione per questo hotel non può prescindere dalla valutazione del rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ho prenotato per necessità (ultime disponibilità) da Booking e, indubbiamente, il prezzo non è risultato esoso. Siamo tornati dopo circa 8 anni, la recensione di allora era di 4 stelle. Se potessi ne dovrei togliere mezza di stella (o forse una), ma voglio essere buono. Anche altre recensioni hanno sottolineato che l'albergo necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento, di una ”ripulita”, cosa vera e credo, necessaria. La ristorazione è da rivedere, camerieri efficienti e gentili. Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia. La receptionist, ingiustamente criticata da altri, lavora sodo e la sera si trasferisce presso il ristorante per ”completare” la giornata. I modi di fare, forse ”duri”, riflettono la schiettezza dei luoghi, ma li ritengo preferibili a modi falsamente gentili che tendono a rifilarti un trabocchetto spiacevole. E' presente un utile servizio navetta per la base delle cabinovie. Poi, la bellezza dei luoghi fa il resto. Insomma, anche se la recensione è positiva, credo che una attenzione maggiore ai particolari e alle ”rifiniture” potrebbe non guastare. Ci torneremo? Forse.

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

Eine wunderschöne Struktur in einer strategischen Lage, nahe der Funivia Col Rodella, im Zentrum des Landes und der Hintergrundbahn sowie der Fußgängerweg, die die benachbarten Länder verbindet, in der Natur eingetaucht. Große, komfortable, komfortable, saubere, renovierte und mit Balkon. Vollständig von jedem Komfort! Große gemeinsame Räume und Sitzungsraum, die uns auch erlaubt haben zu arbeiten. Kundenstammliches Personal und jederzeit verfügbar. Entspannungs-Wellness-Bereich (vollständig mit Wassermassage, Sauna, türkisches Bad und Betten, Duschen) komplett renoviert ideal für eine Zeit zurück zu einem Skitage. Wir haben die Halbpension, das Frühstück, komplett mit vielen Süßigkeiten und Salat gewählt, während das Abendessen mit mehreren Hauptgerichten neben dem ursprünglichen Buffet die Wahl zwischen 3/4 Erst und 3/4 Sekunden vorgesehen war. Süßes und Fruchtbuffet, immer unterschiedlich und unterschiedlich. Weiße Woche, wirklich besondere und unvergesslich dank dieser Struktur und all dem Hotelpersonal. Die Aufnahme des Buchungsbüros UHC war wirklich sehr bereit, uns zu unterstützen und die ideale Lösung für uns zu finden. Wir kommen so schnell wie möglich zurück.

Nach 5 Jahren Pause hatte ich im Januar 2023 mal wieder das Vergnügen(?), eine Woche Skiurlaub im Hotel Rosengarten zu machen. Leider hat sich im Vergleich zu damals so einiges hier verändert: Zunächst einmal: einige Dinge sind weiterhin gut: die tolle skigünstige Lage, die Zimmer, der SPA Bereich. Wobei mal beim letzteren schon Abstriche machen muss: das Dampfbad ist offenbar seit Monaten defekt und einige Ecken in den Saunen und dem Schwimmbad sollte sich ein Hausmeister mal bzgl. kleinerer Ausbesserungsarbeiten vornehmen. Das Frühstück ist geht ebenfalls noch in Ordnung und wäre ganz grob auf dem Niveau eines besseren 3-Sterne-Hotels anzusiedeln. Die Servicekräfte sind zumeist jung, freundlich und beherrschen bis auf eine Ausnahme nur Italienisch oder Englisch. Leider sind viele offenbar in den ersten Jahren Ihrer Ausbildung: es herrscht irgendwie das Gefühl der Desorganisation, eine ordnende Hand ist nicht vorhanden. Es hat sich beispielsweise noch nicht überall herumgesprochen, dass der erste Schluck bei einer bestellten Weinflasche ein Probeschluck ist, um eventuelle Korkfehler zu prüfen. Ein wie auch immer geartetes Management war während der gesamten Zeit des Aufenthaltes nicht wahrzunehmen: jeder der Angestellten werkelt „solo“ vor sich hin. Wirklich übel ist das abendliche Dinner geworden: früher ein ganz tolles Menü, inzwischen sind beim Buffet Abend für Abend die gleichen Platten anzutreffen und die servierten Gänge im besten Fall auf dem Niveau einer durchschnittlichen Betriebsgastronomie, einige Gänge mal gerade so genießbar: eine Parade der Schauderhaftigkeiten der Kochkunst landet da so ab und an auf dem Tisch, teilweise wirken beispielsweise die Saucen so, als hätte ein Auszubildender irgendein Pülverchen mit Wasser angerührt. Man kann dies für ein paar Tage akzeptieren, aber bei einer Woche Aufenthalt ist das wirklich kein Vergnügen und es hat nichts mit der sonst üblichen guten Südtiroler Küche zu tun. Empfehlenswert ist das Hotel nun leider nicht mehr. Angeblich soll das Haus eine 4-Sterne Klassifizierung aufweisen. Davon sind wir meilenweit entfernt, allerdings ist auch nicht alles furchtbar, sondern einige Aspekte weiterhin in Ordnung. Allenfalls wenn der Preis sehr günstig wäre, würde ich mir hier nochmals ein paar Tage antun. Man kann nur hoffen, dass die Eigentümerfamilie irgendwann die Reissleine zieht und das Hotel zu alter Stärke zurückführt.

We had an amazing week here - faultless from start to finish. We stayed in the B&B paying for full access to the hotel facilities and half board. Rooms were spotless and super comfortable. The hotel spa and pool area just lovely and everyone looked forward to a swim in the outdoor pool after skiing. Super convenient for the slopes and added bonus of shuttle bus if you didn’t want to walk. Call them at the end of the day to pick you up from the lifts too. The food was delicious and varied every night - catering for all different dietary needs within our group. Icing on the cake were the exceptionally friendly staff who could not do enough to make the stay as wonderful as possible. The bar area was lovely and social and a fabulous place to retire to for cake and a drink after skiing. We all loved it.
