My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

Our first stay at Yacht Club was a success! We upgraded last minute from the Caribbean because I found a rate that I was comfortable with. I think the prices that Disney gets for these hotels is ridiculous, so I tend to avoid Deluxe. It's the location here that is the big winner. You can walk to Epcot in minutes, and Hollywood Studios in about 15-20 minutes. You also have the option of the boats or the skyliner to Hollywood Studios. We arrived about 9am and were sent a text that our room was ready at 10am. We were already in the parks, so we didn't get back to the resort until evening. We had requested a King and that is exactly what we got, room 3215. Our view from the balcony wasn't so great as it overlooked the rooftop of Steakhouse 71 (I believe) and just a bit of the pool area in the distance. It wasn't a problem, we aren't in the room much, and we aren't on the balcony much as it was cooler this trip. Bed was comfortable. We had housekeeping every day, which we are no longer used to. We had enough towels on the first day to use a clean one each day of our four night stay, but they were refreshed every day. We got some fun towel art which is always a treat to see. There is still the H2O shampoo, conditioner and body wash tubes in the shower. There is also bar soap, mouthwash, shower cap (?) on the vanity. I did notice a LOT of hair on the shower wall the first morning. It kind of freaked me out because it was long, black and at first thought it was spiders out of the corner of my eye. When I pointed it out to my husband, he took the shower wand and washed it away. Problem solved. Didn't have to complain to the front desk, demand to be reimbursed or change rooms. Super friendly staff down in the lobby. Always someone smiling and greeting us as we walked thru. We thought the gift shop was small. Good selection of restaurants between the Yacht and the Beach Club, but we didn't actually dine at any of them this trip. Overall my favorite of the three Boardwalk area resorts. We will keep an eye out for another good deal in the future, but for now our favorite is still Pop Century.

Aber: Es ist ein angenehmes Hotel mit luxeriöser Ausstattung und einem chicen Design, es wird oft von Firmen genutzt, es gibt einen Disney-Store und mehreren Restaurants. Unschlagbar ist die Lage: Die Nähe zu Epcot und den Hollywood-Studios (erreichbar per Fähre) sowie dem Boardwalk (zu Fuß erreichbar). Darüber hinaus Parks werden über Disney-Shuttelbusse angefahren. Pool-Landschaft ist großzügig angelegt, mit einem Wasserfall, aber ohne Disney-Figuren. Fazit: Wer Disney möchte, aber nicht zu viel davon, wem gehobene Hotelausstattung wichtig ist und eine gute Lage, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Preis allerdings ist ebenso gehoben wie das Hotel.

I don’t understand these bad reviews. I think we had room 2532. No frills, view of the trees with balcony. Fine by me! The room was clean! 2 Queens and pull out comfortable twin bed. The cleaning service was fantastic and friendly! Bell service friendly and helpful! And here is the BEST part of this building - steps to Epcot. I won’t stay anywhere else again!!!! The Marketplace was very clean and stocked and the service was great! Plenty of seating if you want to have a sandwich. Beaches and Cream is a must do. The quick service ice cream area is wonderful. Everything is clean and fast service! The pool service great too. Clean! The employees who greet you are very nice. Maybe i haven’t been as fortunate as others to go as many times to compare but I have to tell anyone looking at this hotel give it a try because you might be like me, grateful to be able to afford a stay here and you won’t be disappointed. We went to Epcot round and round and round and a boat to HWS a couple of times. We just never stopped we loved it. It’s truly magical and so don’t sweat these bad reviews, make the most of it and enjoy it. We walked over to Yacht Club for lunch too. Their Marketplace is nice too much larger but the hotel itself is much different if you like that style go for it. It’s very elegant. It’s Beach Club for me and I thank everyone i came in contact with bc I was very blessed to be there with my family. It was so memorable.

Es ist immer noch sehr bequem, im Disney Hotel zu übernachten. Es gibt einen speziellen Zauberexpress vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Die Fahrt dauert ungefähr eine halbe Stunde. Das Hotel verfügt über einen speziellen Shuttle zum Park. Das Restaurant im 16. Stock des Hotels ist nicht schlecht. Aufgrund der verspäteten Ankunft gibt es keine andere Wahl zum Abendessen. Schade, dass es keine Badewanne zum Baden gibt. Ich habe auch extra eine Badetasche mitgebracht

Am 2. Abend erkannten wir, dass die Ak nicht funktioniert. Wir riefen an die Rezeption und innerhalb von 5 Minuten war die Wartung da. Wenn sie es nicht reparieren konnten, bewegten sie uns Zimmer. Als es während eines Sturms war, boten sie beide Schlüsselsätze bis morgens, damit wir unsere Sachen am nächsten Tag bewegen konnten. Aufgrund der Wärme war mein Sohn krank und ein wenig hatte das oberen Blatt. Ich habe es gespült und nahm es am nächsten Tag zur Rezeption, um ein frisches Blatt zu beantragen. Mein Sohn wurde vermordet und sie machten keine Schlampe, die wirklich half. Danke für das gesamte Personal, da das uns einen wirklichen Unterschied machte. Wir hatten eine zweibettsuite und ja es ist datiert, aber es ist schön, den Raum zu haben. Besonders als Familie. Es war sauber. Frühstück, wenn Sie irgendwelche Bewertungen gelesen haben, ist das, was es ist. Wir kauften Getreide, Toast und Pop-Tarts und verwendeten Frühstück als Snack im Park. Der Pool und das Spielzimmer sind gut. Als Raum und Pool Handtücher waren immer weich. Wir ließen Uber nach Disney kommen und fanden, dass das wirklich gut funktioniert. Es ist kein fünf-Sterne-Hotel, aber es sagt nicht, es ist. Für einen 3-Sterne-Kundenservice war erstaunlich.

Das alte Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage ist besonders groß. Ich kann mich am Tag umziehen. Die Parkgebühren sind $17 pro Nacht. Dann schrieb Trip.com die Paketgebühr. Die Rezeption muss 27 Dollar mehr zahlen. Ich habe es mehrere Male zurückgezahlt.

Great stay at this Marriott Vacation Club property. The property is about 2 miles from the Disney entrance. It offers free parking and is located inside the Marriott Worlds center property. Location: the Sabal Palms is a little difficult to navigate too. There are few signs directing where to go. Your gps will not lead you directly to the property. To get to the property stay to the right when you pull onto World Center DR. You will see the other Marriott Vacation properties on the right. The Sabal Palms is in the back. The great thing about the sabal Palms is that you can walk directly on the Marriot worlds center property in less than ten minutes. Activities: they have plenty of activities to do on the property and can utilize the other vacation properties amenities. You can also use all the amenities at the Marriott world center. Rooms: the best thing about renting a Vacation club property is the space! The room is big enough for a large group. There are two beds in the guest bedroom with a bathroom attached. The master bedroom is massive and leads off to the balcony. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom. The shower is massive with a glass wall. It allows light to pour into the room at night which doesn’t make for a restful night if you like your room pitch black. Property: the property is easy to navigate and very clean. However it is at the back of the Marriott World Center where the dumpsters are. Convenience to Disney, value and safety makes this a great property for your family’s Disney vacation.

Ich bin mit meinem Kind gereist. Es war schön, dass Disney oder Universal in der Nähe waren. Auch eine Autovermietung ist im Hotel verfügbar. Resortblut kostet 30 USD pro Nacht inklusive Steuern ~ Ich machte mir Sorgen um die Sauberkeit, aber sehr sauber, Das Personal war freundlich. Es gab jedoch ein Produkt, das das Verfallsdatum des bereitgestellten Kaffees überschritten hatte, aber ich war überrascht, dass es normal war, also hatte ich nach dem Trinken Hunger. Wie auch immer, ich war froh, Ihnen danach das richtige Produkt zu geben. Das nächste Mal werde ich in einem Sheraton mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis übernachten.

Wir wurden von Frankreich begrüßt, sie war großartig und sie kümmerte sich um uns und stellte sicher, dass wir gut betreut waren. Wir hatten ein paar gefrorene Getränke und gemischte Getränke und sie taten so gut! Ich empfehle sehr, durch diese Bar zu schwingen und das Spaß in der Sonne und den großen Menschen zu genießen!

Die Reinigung und das Personal waren hervorragend. Die sehr schönen und komfortabelen Einrichtungen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ist hervorragend, um das für den Aufenthalt verfügbare Geld zu sparen. Ich muss nur kritisch darauf hinweisen, dass die Fensterkristalle gemalt waren (gefroren oder so etwas), was den Ort schädigt, es bleibt Elegance und es lässt die Landschaft nicht schätzen. Andererseits sollten sie einige Fernsehsender in spanischem Sprache haben, da wir viele Lateininnen sind, die wir Florida besuchen.
