Near Disney and Universal. Nice setting with 3 Marriott properties on site. Easy and large parking and plenty of food choices around.

Liked that Marriott Village has 3 hotels that share amenities. Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, actually why I chose this hotel. Also, close to several restaurants that are within close walking distance. I had an issue with the heat/air, it was a chilly 46 when I was there and the heat would not go above 72 in my room, also sheets had musty mildew smell

The staff is amazing! We had walked into our room and it was missing the balcony. We went back to front desk and they fixed it immediately. The room was clean and so was the entire environment. Highly recommend for a couple getaway or a family trip with a bigger room.

I have never been so disappointed in a hotel before the Ac was out and there was a crime scene happening in the parking lot as well. Once we got to the room it was the worst moldy smell ever ! We asked for a new room and they gave us one but it was even worse than the first. We had to leave the hotel and go to a new one. Extremely disappointed hopefully something you guys can do to help.

This place is horrible it reminds me of a elderly facility and what ever is offered online is not available to you when you get there I will never stay at this hotel again the staff was really nice that was the only good thing I wasted my money and time I’m really disappointed my kids wanted a indoor pool but I would call what they have an indoor pool and it was supposed to be heated but it was cold and my daughter dive right in and got sick so our trip was ruined they sad they had a hot tub but there was none and I was really looking forward to that but again I was very disappointed worst hotel ever

We checked in late, and left early. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. As most hotels traffic noise started around 5 in the morning. We decided to go to Denny's for breakfast instead of paying the price for their breakfast. But after all it's close to Disney.

They couldn't find my reservation at time of check-in, then they disactivated my room card per them they didn't have a card on file. When they did put a card on file at time of checking in. then went back four times to reactivate the card until manger came to the front and still had the security come to the room.

I decided to booked this hotel for the indoor pool and Hot Jacuzzi, sadly it was not working at all none of the days that we stayed. Not coming back again.

We recently stayed in this Courtyard by Marriott location. We quickly realized that the location was not up to the standards we expected from Marriott. Rooms smelled musty and there were large AC units in the hallways. We asked to move rooms and we’re given a second room that didn’t smell AS BAD as the first. Hot tub is something we look for when we booked. Theirs was out of service upon our arrival and remained unavailable all week.
We told the front desk staff about our concerns and they offered us 500 Bonvoy points. Too little to overcome the problematic situation. We won’t stay here again!!
