Orchha Palace and Convention Centre

Es ist eine gute Option für die Unterbringung, aber es liegt außerhalb der Stadt (Sie benötigen ein Transportmittel oder ein Tuk-Tuk, um sich fortzubewegen). Es ist ein „Luxus“-Hotel mit weitläufigen Räumen, Gärten und Swimmingpool. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Die Wahrheit ist, es ist ziemlich gut. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und mit allen Details ausgestattet (wir hatten sogar eine Dusche und eine Badewanne). Wir hatten einen Kühlschrank, einen Ventilator, eine Klimaanlage und WLAN, das ganz gut funktionierte. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen: Buffet, in dem fast alle Gerichte indisch sind, aber es gibt einige Backwaren, Toast, Obst, auf Bestellung zubereitete Eier und eine auf Bestellung gefertigte Eisenabteilung ... ziemlich gut. Das einzige Problem ist, dass ich in einem anderen Hotel gebucht hatte (und es war vor langer Zeit bestätigt worden), das neben dem Fluss lag, im Zentrum der Stadt und mit Blick auf die Tempel…. Als wir ankamen, sagten sie uns, dass das Hotel im Bau sei und sie uns in dieses andere bessere und auch ihres wechseln würden ... Ich sage nicht, dass dies nicht der Fall war, aber ich denke, sie hätten uns benachrichtigen sollen vorher und ich hätte mich entschieden, nicht in dem Moment, in dem er keine andere Wahl hatte (sogar das Zimmer war bereits berechnet)…. Es war uns eigentlich nicht so wichtig, weil wir einen Fahrer hatten, aber die Art und Weise, wie *** sich verhält, scheint mir nicht richtig zu sein. Im Hotel entschieden wir uns auch, das Restaurant zum Abendessen auszuprobieren, da es eine ziemlich abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte (mit mehr internationalen Gerichten) gab und mein Begleiter indisches Essen nicht allzu sehr mag Sauce ... die Wahrheit ist, dass ich sie wirklich mochte ... Der Teig war leicht juckend, aber es war gut. - Pommes-Frites-Ration: nicht mehr, gefroren. - Makkaroni mit Bolognese…. Gute Portion und ziemlich gut ... dazu gab es zwei Brötchen ... - Eine Art Lammkebab mit indischen Gewürzen ... Ich hatte nichts Ähnliches probiert und es hat mir geschmeckt. - Indisches Knoblauchbrot ... es war ziemlich verbrannt und schmeckte nicht sehr nach Knoblauch. Im Allgemeinen würde ich das Abendessen als richtig definieren ... mit einigen Details zum Besseren und einem etwas hohen Preis für das, was sie bieten ... aber zumindest haben sie eine Auswahl für diejenigen, die indisches Essen probieren möchten .

Great property. They have a hudge and clean pool, very specious rooms with nice amenities and beautiful lawns. Awesome restaurant food and taste I really enjoyed weekend with my family. The best part was complimentary breakfast with lot of yammi choices food

Very bad experience. No where hospitable. I visited with my family of 6 persons for 2 nights. On breakfast I wanted to take parathas for my 7 year old daughter in room. They said I can take it but refused to give me a foil so that it stays warm. They said we r not allowed to give foil paper. In afternoon we were having lunch in the restaurant and asked if we can have a bowl of simple kichdi on complimentary basis for my 1 year old daughter. The staff at restaurant just refused that complimentary baby food not allowed for infants. I couldn’t believe they said that. Sorry but this hotel doesn’t know the meaning of word HOSPITALITY.

superb hotel very clean. staff is ery polite and helpful. we didnt stay but had lunch. food was outstanding. i strogly suggest this one is the best in orchha except small one inside the palace sheesh mahal. superb hotel.

The place is beautiful but the rooms are dirty. We reached at night and the room was allotted in krishna wing. The view was great but the room was dirty, the tea cups and all utensils were unkempt . The service is slow but the food delicious. Overall nice experience

Extremely well maintained. Foods are very good. Staffs are very cordial . Each and every services are world class. Rooms are full of amenities . Pool is great . Location is perfect . Very beautiful indeed.

Restaurant service staff is rude, argumentative. service is super slow, and food is avge at best. We went for lunch thinking this must be the top restaurant here - however , the service staff started arguing with us on a petty issue. They were very aggressive and impolite, which was uncalled for. Not recommended.

I stayed here for one night, and I can very much say that it is one of the worst places I have ever spent. The whole atmosphere and décor is horrible, and it is extremely noisy and uncomfortable. When I arrived, the employee at reception was really impolite and nasty. He informed us that your reservation was not made with us. When I told him repeatedly and showed him my reservation voucher, he told me to wait. I waited for merely 45 minutes, but no one came. Again, I inquired, and he told me to wait. No one bothered for a long, so I called my agent to check, and after he called, someone came and told us that the booking was confirmed and that we would allot the room soon. He asked if he would like to have tea, coffee, or a cold drink. Before that, staff members were walking about with beverages, but they did not care to give them to. On the other hand, one staff member gave me coffee, but another staff member said "no don't give him as he is not our guest. What an attitude. After waiting for more than two hours, I was finally assigned a room. The room was large but excessively gloomy, and the bathroom had a foul aroma as well. The air conditioning did not function, and the telephone instrument did not have a connection. I had to walk all the way to the complaint desk since the telephone instrument did not have a connection. After waiting for a while, they fixed the air conditioner and cleaned the bathroom. I went there for dinner in the evening, and the staff was incredibly impolite and unprofessional, acting as if I had come for free food and speaking about prices as if they thought I could not pay them. After I completed my meal, which was terrible and very spicy, I told the waiter about it, and he said that we only provide food of this sort. At night approximately around 1.30 due to some short circuit, the electricity in my room went out. After an hour, it was restored, but I had a terrible night with interrupted sleep. At breakfast, the food was sad; I ordered dosa, but the chef did not produce it, and the waiter informed me in an impolite ***ner. You get up and tell the chef that it is not his responsibility I asked for coffee, and he impolitely instructed me to get up and assist myself the coffee was full of milk, and I requested for black coffee a second time, and he rudely told me to mix the coffee with hot water and have it This particular kind of service I had to leave without having coffee or a decent breakfast since I needed to check out for my next location, so I ate some of the snacks I was carrying with me and got coffee in a little café ***** the route. In addition, when I checked out, I had to remind the cashier ***y times to collect my luggage. Anyone who is going to Orcha should, in my opinion, steer clear of this location entirely and have no business being there. This establishment is really terrible, with staff members that are impolite and unpleasant, and service that is below average.

breakfast can be better. Lunch and dinner were good. Starters can be wayyyy better than what they are right now. Cleanliness is good but AC's shall be modified
