Quest Orange

Checkin was easy. Reception sent us an sms to check if we need anything. On checkout day, we were given a late checkout so we can head to Orange Botanical Garden.

Stayed here for two nights in July in a studio apar**ent on the third floor that faced the side street and only one night in September when we were upgraded (thank you) to a one bedroom apar**ent. Studio apar**ent was furnished almost exactly as the other two studio apar**ents we had previously stayed in although on this occasion the WIFI was not working well. No problem! A quick trip to Reception and the young lady gave us a different network and password to sign into. On our September visit we stayed in a one bedroom apar**ent again on the third floor but facing the main road. This apar**ent had the bedroom behind full length glass looking out onto the combined lounge/dining area. There was a king sized bed, with bedside tables on either side. There were also wall mounted reading lamps on either side. There was a large wardrobe with lots of hanging and drawer space as well as a wall mounted flat screen TV. In the loungeroom there was a sofa, a small coffee table, a large desk with a chair and reading lamp and lots of power and charging points as well as the wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining area had a fixed bench settee, a chair a small round table and a free standing lamp. The kitchen had a large fridge, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso, toaster and lots of crockery, glasses, cups and cutlery including two sharp knives. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower (good pressure) as well as a washing machine and dryer. WIFI on this occasion worked very well. Everything was spotlessly clean. However what sets this place aside from others is the little touches from the staff and management - the calls before and after your arrival to check on whether there are any issues. The herbal tea on the bed to have before retiring. The free water to take on your travels when leaving etc. Excellently done.

Got recommended to stay at Quest Orange and I was very satisfied. Very convenient location if you have a appoin**ent at Orange dermatology. The 1 bedroom apar**ent was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

We highly recommend the Quest. I’ve never stayed anywhere where the hotel check on you after check in to make sure that everything is ok. Such a nice touch.

Our second stay here and standard is high, the place and rooms are kept spotless and nice touches are detergent and snacks, close to everything. Vending machine in hall near lifts actually works ! unlike many others that eat your cash and don’t deliver. Heating in room, tv, washer and dryer all work fine.

Very comfortable, great location, nice clean room, friendly staff. I know when i book with With Quest I can trust what is advertised is what I will get. Will be back.

We stayed 5 nights in the one bedroom wheelchair accessible apar**ent which was a pleasure to stay in. It had a full kitchen and washing machine, king bed with room next to the right hand side of the bed to park a wheelchair. The large bathroom is fully wheelchair accessible with a left hand transfer toilet. The well equipped kitchen is average height with a wheel-under sink, low drawer dishwasher, and washer/dryer at wheelchair height located in a cupboard in the kitchen. With some moving of furniture, it was possible to access the large balcony. The unit was very clean and in a great location - just 5 minutes wheel/walk to the cultural precinct & pubs. The onsite, undercover carpark was complimentary - ＞2.1m height clearance. There are a number of wheelchair carpark spaces next to the lifts. The front desk staff were very helpful and staffed the desk until late at night. A nice touch was the pillow menu, pod coffee machine, lovely selection of T2 tea, Camomile tea leaf bags left on our pillow on arrival, and music playing in our room when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Having working away from home in Orange for the last 6 months, Quest has been my go to accommodation. Staff are always very friendly and helpful making bookings and checkin effortless! Great location, the rooms are always spotless and onsite car parking is handy.

Having stayed in various accommodations in the Orange area The Quest is now my go to accommodation. 4 or 5 times in the past two years usually for medical or hospital. It has everything, great accommodation, close to facilities and a great night's sleep. Eat out or buy fresh from Aldi in the next block and cook your own. Led by owner Amy the staff are super friendly and helpful with a can do attitude. Love it
