Um eine lange Geschichte kurz zu machen, versuchte das Personal, uns inchecken, zwei Jobs selbst zu machen. Nach dem Abend kamen wir wieder zu einem vollen Parkplatz mit keinem Parkplatz. Wir mussten in einer Garage parken. Nacht-Desk-Agent sagte, es sei nicht ihre Schuld und sie ”wollte nicht arbeiten” dort. Sehr unprofessionelle Antwort und Einstellung!

Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder in vier Betten, die ursprünglichen Markierungen scheinen ein wenig überfüllt zu sein. Der Preis am Samstag war mir überrascht, 4400 Yuan 😂, aber die Spaziergänge rund um mich sind immer noch gut.

Wenn Sie nach einem sauberen Zimmer suchen, zu einem großen Preis, ein Ort, wo Sie Ihren Auto während einer Reise verlassen können, um Flughafenparkplätze und ein Flughafenshuttle, das Sie abstürzen und Sie nach Ihrem Rückkehr holen, ist das Ihrer Ort. Das ist nicht die High-End-Fantasie-Hotelerfahrung, aber ich will nicht hohe Endpreise zahlen, wenn ich zu spät checke und um 4:15am verlassen werde. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wollen sie einen Sack Frühstück für diese frühen Flüge, etwas zu bedenken, hinzuzufügen. Anderes, das war nur das, was ich brauchte

It's a pretty good location, walk to the old market area & 2 museums, although you pay $13 a night for parking. Should be better around there when Omaha finishes its construction - we didn't have any noise from it on the 4th floor. This is apparently a converted office building, with very high ceilings, very tall narrow window. Architecturally interesting, but the window let little light in during the day, and way too much light in at night, since the curtains did not close all the way. Minimal covering on the beds. Room was otherwise good, clean, enough lamps. There is a coffee maker & fridge, which you will need if you don't want to spend $$$ on a breakfast (not included) in their ”bistro.” Staff was pleasant & helpful.

My husband and I stayed here just recently and we reported our room unclean and nothing was done about it, in fact, the housekeeper that came by to witness the room while we were still in the room lied about it by saying it wasn't dirty to a manager because she was obviously sticking up for her staff. We could not take a shower as the bathtub was dirty with long dark hair in the bottom of it. The furniture was dusty and carpet wasn't vacuumed. Also, the inside of the window sills were filthy and lastly we found some black stuff under our sheets in both beds. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and haven't had this issue before and we would never lie about it. Before we left we were told a manager would look at the room before they cleaned it and we found out the one in housekeeping looked at it again and lied to the manager again and the so called manager didn't bother inspecting the room. Terrible customer service here!
