I want refound becouse i spend 80 euros or more for one night... first i was booking online and than i paid in there and than when i arived i have to pay again and i didnt get my money back so where is my money?

Horrible experience, we will never recommend that place ever again . We asked the ONG that reserve for us not to do it again. We arrive late with a bus full of refugees from the war. No elevators, small rooms, cucarachas in the room, very bad smell, tiny toilet. In the morning we show the pest control trucks part outside the building

Booked 2 singles on the ground floor. The sliding door to the en suite was broken in one. The manager checked it. It had come loose at the top rail and was jammed tight at the base. The opening was about 18 inches. He forced the upper section a further foot open. The bottom remained jammed. He declared it fixed. This is a unit for disabled guests. It should have been immediately decommissioned. There was no external lighting, so all access areas, walkways and paths were in total darkness. I have used this hotel preCovid for 12 years. It’s an ideal stopping point when traveling from the UK the south of France or Spain. It was a popular venue. The current management appear to have opted for a different clientele. When I requested a change of room the manager said he would charge extra,as his policy was to charge by the bed. It was clear that we had booked two separate rooms and that there were only 2 people in the party. He claimed he has been the manager for 4 years. I used to stay there 4 or 5 times a year. I have never seen him before. It was too late to find alternative. accommodation. I will never be back.

Awful room which was unclean and smelt of smoke. Needs painting and new linen too. I would never stay in a PC again..... Needs some serious attention to make rooms habitable I would suggest.. Lots of noise too

Seule chose à dire : HONTEUX !!!!! Nous devions passer 1 nuit avec un groupe de jeunes sportifs, on est reparti illico (sans dédommagement évidemment !) Tout est sale et vétuste . Sachez que le week end (voire certainement aussi la semaine) les chambres sont principalement réservées aux personnes défavorisées, je ne vous dépeins pas l'atmosphère ! Conseil, passez votre chemin, bref, fuyez !!!!!!!!!

Hôtel deguelasse et mal très mal entretenue Les prises électriques déboîter du mûr , fissure et humidité dans les murs, la gaine d’aération défectueuse la poche de savon posé sur le lavabo car le distributeur est cassé une honte de louer une chambre dans cet état sans compter le petit déjeuner ou les yaourts sont périmés depuis 15 jours

Honteux, comment peut-on attribuer une chambre dans un tel état. Porté d’entrée ajourée (merci le froid), sol et plafond état douteux, radiateur que l’on ose même pas allumer vu l’état, porte accès SDB Hs, rideau de douche qui ne tient pas.TV inutilisable… Je déconseille.

Carte d'accès bloquée, chambre petite, bruyante ,porte d'entrée ne ferme pas complètement, accueil parle uniquement anglais. Bloquée à l'extérieur très tôt le matin car carte désactivée, pas enregistré dans le système informatique,
