"Von außen nicht viel sehen, aber der Service bei der Ankunft war schön und sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sie waren Sehr sauber Bett war ziemlich komfortabel. Die Dusche war gut und das Wasser war heiß ... Ideal für eine Nacht, um Ihren Kopf runterzukriegen, hatten wir kein Frühstück, da wir früh weg waren, aber es schmeckt wunderschön. Auch wir baten einen Fan, der kein Problem war. Sicher würde es wieder bleiben"

"I had booked two rooms at this hotel for four nights with their website and had confirmation email from three weeks earlier. Arrived at 7.30pm after five hour drive to be told my booking had been cancelled that afternoon as they do not accept American Express although they took booking and confirmed. No phone call even made. The chap on the front desk was utterly useless and could and would not help just said they had no rooms, not his problem Be aware also that the hotel looks noting like the photos and more like a compound with security fencing all around with waist high weeds. Actually turned out to be a blessing. Avoid at all costs."

"II would love to be able to leave a review but sadly when we arrived and finally found someone to talk to we were told they had no available room and should have booked . I handed over my email registration from them and he shrugged and said he still hadn't a room. I have to say the hotel looked very scruffy and I was glad we didn't stay. In fairness he phoned another hotel for us about 200metres away and we stayed there"

"Wir waren vier Tage im Chateau, es liegt sehr idyllisch, die Zimmer sind herausragend und das französische Frühstück fantasievoll und lecker. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Loiret, von dort kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen"
