Pros:
-it was a wonderful deal for the off season
-the views are spectacular
-very convenient to restaurants
-nice size room, we didn’t feel crowded
-plenty of room for clothes in the larger dresser
Cons:
-it is EXTREMELY loud - you’ll hear upstairs neighbors, the ones beside you and the staff in the mornings.
-you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do (and with teenagers that was an interesting conversation…)
-smoking section is directly below the balcony so it’s very smelly
-the tile floors will be perfect for summer but they are cold and dirty. We all wore out shoes. It’s just the beast of being at the beach but take flip flops or slippers if you don’t want your feet dirty.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend and this hotel was one to remember! From the ocean view, to the staff, the beautiful rooms, EVERYTHING about this hotel was on point! We loved our stay and will definitely be back

Had our Mother with us who uses a walker and has mobility issues, so we called the office before arriving and asked if they could get our room close to the elevator to helpp eleminate some walking for her. Staff said they would try their best, and upon check in we got on elevator and as the door ooened on the next floor our room was stairing straight at us in about 3 steps. Thanks so much to the staff at Ocean Isle Inn

I was in a remodeled room, 221 on the end. Very clean, nice bathroom, could have used a little more water pressure but was still very usable to wash shampoo from my hair. Structurally older, so no electric outlet on one side of bed, but I always bring an extension cord so it was not an issue.
Very nice people, the lady at breakfast was very talkative, but kind.
I felt safe enough to go back by myself next time.
Breakfast was basic…self made waffles, microwave biscuits, boiled eggs in a package, bagels, toast, coffee, juice….but it was included, so this is not really a complaint. Clean

This property is making major upgrades and we had a newly renovated room. The bathroom was all new and the mattress was new and very very comfortable. I would definitely go back. As they are working on upgrades some areas were a bit in accessible but that is to be expected. Great place

This is our 4th stay here at Ocean Isle Inn and it gets better every time! The indoor heated pool is amazing. We will be booking for a 5th 6th, 7th, well you get the picture!

Very tidy and clean; not a bad price per night for the location and size of the room; staff was friendly and helpful; very close to nice restaurants; breakfast offered was adequate.
