This is rather a lengthy review, so where to start. We'll start with the booking. I booked 2 smoking rooms, I chose this motel based on the higher reviews the price and the fact that it allowed pets thought it would be a quaint little motel. I booked this a few months in advance and I used the zip app to purchase rooms. Well the night before the owner messaged me asking if I meant to book a smoking room, no big deal I said yes. Well the next day I get an email from the place that I booked this through and my payment info was declined do to card being expired, if you know this zip app the card expires if not used by a certain time. She calls me and tells me this, I'm driving so I couldn't give her a card to use, but I told her I would have my girlfriend call her and get it taken care of, which my girlfriend did, problem solved. Okay the outside, the building is old a outdated it's located on a busy street close to a lot of restaurants and very convenient walking distance. ( but due to this this place has a lot of noise I mean a lot! Not her fault but take that into consideration if you book here) Now for the rooms... We weren't expecting a 5 star place I mean it was a smoking room, but this room I couldn't even call it a 0 star room, it had mold on the ceiling that it looked like they painted over( her response was it was from the wall being darker and the ceiling being white and it was over lap... It wasn't) found ants and cockroachs in room the bed frame was busted ( when I say frame I mean the leg of the bed, they had taken duct tape and tried fixing the leg with that. The shower when turned on you have to pull a valve for the water to come out of the shower head, when valve was pulled water started spraying from the faucet by the wall instead of the shower head. I tightened the faucet so it would stop spraying and start spraying from the shower head. Now the linen part of the review, the towels had smelled like they were washed then left in the washer for a day or 2 before putting them in the drier, the sheets had burn marks in them the pillow cases were stained. We should have just left right then and there but it was late. The next morning I get up and head out to do the thing I had come to this town for. When I walked out, there was a vehicle with people sleeping in it ( her response was they didn't have the money for deposit for pets so they slept in the vehicle with the pets) I get a message from the place I had booked this through asking me how the process was and how the rooms were. I wrote a response with the problems I had in countered. And that's when it got really bad. They owner messaged me through the booking company. I didn't reposned right away. The owner then started messaging me on my personal phone. Again I didn't respond I was busy, she then started messaging my girlfriend on her personal phone. My girlfriend and talked about this and we decided we would just go to a different place and check out of there, we were

Halli, Autumn und Jessica am Frontbüro machten während meines Aufenthalts eine tolle Arbeit. Diese jungen Damen nahmen die Zeit, mich und meine Kollegen per Namen kennenzulernen und uns immer wieder durch unsere Namen willkommen. Die Küchenpersonal ist auch so freundlich und hat auch Zeit gebraucht, um zu kommen und zu besuchen.

Wir nahmen ein und wurden in Zimmer 215 zugewiesen. Die Betten waren sehr schmutzig, wir gingen weiter ins Zimmer. Der Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt, die Zähler wurden aufgespürt, der Eisbeutel musste gereinigt werden, der Eisbeutel hatte was sie aussehen sah, die Toilette hatte in ihm geformt. Wir nahmen den Schrank mit dem Eisbucket zum Büro, die Büroperson bat, die Gegenstände ins Zimmer zurückzugeben und sagte, die Haushaltung muss dieses Zimmer vergessen haben. Zimmer 118 war akzeptabel. Am ersten Tag, an dem wir etwa 10 Uhr verließen und um 7 Uhr zurückgekehrt waren, wurden Handtücher ersetzt und die Mülldeponien leer und nichts anderes. Wieder im Büro gingen wir und der gleiche Büroberater gab uns Kaffee ... und sagte, er würde einen Hinweis machen, um unser Zimmer am nächsten Tag zu haben gereinigt “Haushalt wurde kurz gegeben ...” Sehr enttäuscht!

Unser Zimmer war rechtzeitig bei der Kontrolle bereit. Wir baten um ein Königszimmer im ersten Stock und wir waren mit einem wunderbaren Zimmer in der Nähe des Vordertafels und Frühstücksbereich. Unser Zimmer war schön und cool, AC war relativ ruhig, und alles war sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einen Kaffeemaschine. Das Front Desk Personal war alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war komfortabel mit großen Kissen. Das Reinigungspersonal hat sogar eine Note hinterlassen, die Hoffnung, dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten!
