Location comodissima per il centro di Reggio Calabria, soprattutto per il museo archeologico e il lungomare. Parcheggio perfetto davanti all'ingresso, procedure di check in/out velocissime , spazi comuni ben tenuti e arredati. Camera di dimensioni generose con un bell'armadio e un bagno spazioso e ben fornito. Non ho usufruito di colazione e pasti. Unico difetto la mancanza di prese elettriche vicino al letto.

Sehr schöne, saubere und neue Hotels. Nichts zu sagen in den Zimmern, aber leider hatten wir eine traurige Überraschung beim check out. Inzwischen muss gesagt werden, dass das Frühstück, das bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bezahlt wurde, weder klassische Kornette (Creme, Schokolade oder leere) noch irgendeine Art von Süßigkeiten bietet. Wir haben dann für Milch und Getreide gewählt, die aber mit saurer Milch serviert wurden, und dann haben wir beschlossen, verschiedene Kapucks und Kaffee zu bestellen, da der Kaffee im Buffet unzugänglich war, offensichtlich mit Wasser verdünnt. Die Überraschung war beim Check-out, wo wir die Kontokaffee und Cappuccini (unter anderem sehr preisgekrönt) vorgestellt wurden, weil sie nicht in das bereits bezahlte Frühstücksbuffet enthalten, sondern getrennt in der Bar des Hotels bestellt. Ich empfehle es nicht.

Sehr sauber. Pool ganz toll auch am späten Abend und ebenfalls sehr sauber Zimmer sind nicht riesig aber völlig ausreichend Am ersten Abend waren wir im Hotel Restaurant Essen. Essen ebenfalls sehr gut bis auf das Service Personal. Die waren nicht unfreundlich aber man hatte das Gefühl es mache denen keinen Spass Menü Karte in Form eines QR Code wurde beim vorbei gehen einfach auf den Tisch geknallt. Wir haben dann nach einer richtigen Karte gefragt die uns eher unwillig gegeben wurde

Die Lage und die Aussicht auf das Hotel sind makellos und die Zimmer bieten einen unvergleichlichen Meer- und Bergblick. Die Einrichtungen sind eigentlich sehr gut, aber das seltsame Design des Duschkopfs im Bad macht das Bad extrem umständlich. Das Hotel ist das alte große Theater, und es ist die Stadt, die weiter untergeht. Die Entfernungen sind genau richtig. Der Strand ist nicht gut, aber die Strände in Süditalien sind die gleichen. Es ist die Art von großkörnigem Sandsteinstrand, der sehr gemahlen ist. Ich bin nur unzufrieden, dass die Italiener wirklich zu spielbar sind. Die Party spielt immer noch um 12:30 Uhr laut Musik. Es ist keine Beschwerde, dass es schätzungsweise nicht mehrmals geschlossen wird. Das Parken ist auch etwas schwierig, wir haben alle in der ca. 2 km entfernten Tiefgarage des Parkplatzes Lumbi geparkt und sind dann mit dem Shuttlebus bequem gefahren.

I arrived at the hotel late and was directed to my room. 5 minutes later the bedroom phone rang. I answered and it was Antonio from reception saying that although the restaurant had closed, they had prepared a plate of food for me! Off I went to be presented with a gorgeous plate of various foods including pizza, chicken brest, fish, sald, eggs. Delicious and excellent service. Throught my week long stay, the staff were very courteous and supplied great service. The food was delicious and varied. At breakfast, there was a great deal of choice from cereals and yoghurts to eggs, cheese, ham and breads. Fruit juice and water was available along with coffees and tea. The hotel itself is Sicilian in style, clean and confortable (especially the bed). It sits adjacent to the cable car which takes you up into Taormina. I was a bit dubious about going on it at first because I was very nervous but I actually enjoyed the journey (I went on it three times to see the quaint town of Taormina). This preetty town has loads of history and I highly recommend the gardens and the ancient theatre. As a female solo traveller, there were no issues - Sicilians are the friendliest of people - and I was totally comfortable sitting in a bar sampling one of the local wines and dining by myself. Villa hotel Bianca is the ideal place from which to explore. Isola Bella is a few hundred metres up the road. I did it early in the morning but be aware that there are 140 steps down, which means 140 steps back up! Luckilly, there is a bar opposite where you can grab something to quench the inevitable thirst! A bit further down the bay, you can hire a boat - Davide was the skipper when I went. It was amazing and he anchors the boat so you can jump in for a swim. A beautiful part of the world.#I also ventured to Siracusa and Ortigia where you can see both Apollo's Temple and Athena's Temple (now a cathedral). I had lunch in Ortigia, which was fantastic. All in all, this hotel was perfect. Antonio on reception was fabulous, along with the whole staff and it is a great location, whether you want to lounge around on the beaches or whether you want to go further afield to explore the surrounding areas. Also, you can easuily get to Messina from here to get the ferry across to Calabria. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you Hotel Billa Bianca.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, der Pool ist besonders gut, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Landschaft ist besonders gut

L'hotel è in una posizione tranquilla e magnifica, proprio sulla punta rocciosa di Giardini Naxos, direttamente sul mare. Tutte le camere o quasi sono fronte mare ed è bellissimo poter fare colazione, o pranzo o cena ascoltando lo sciabordio delle onde ed ammirando il mare. Non c'è sabbia, perciò non è adatto a chi non ama gli scogli, ma l'hotel ha una piccola piscina. Le stanze sono piuttosto basic, ma hanno tutto. La pulizia è molto buona..Personale simpatico e gentile. La colazione è da migliorare, ma la location ti ripaga in ogni caso. Ci ritorneremo

Es fing schon beim Check in an als wir von der einen Dame mit gekraustem Haar und Brille ziemlich unhöflich und unprofessionell bedient wurden. wir dachten zunächst sie hätte einen schlechten Tag. jedoch mussten wir während unserem ganzen Aufenthalt feststellen das die vermutlich ein persönliches Problem hatte. Das restliche Personal was sehr freundlich. wie gesagt bis auf diese einte arrogante, welche denkt sie sei was besonders vermutlich nur weil sie angeblich 3 Sprachen spricht. english französisch und italienisch. jedoch verstand ich auf english kein Wort. ich wünsche Ihr trotzdem alles gute. Wir buchten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Jedoch hatten wir ein Gebäude vor dem Balkon. Als wir nachfragten sagte man uns das sei ein Problem von Booking. Das Zimmer wies mehrere Mängel auf welches für ein 4 Stern Hotel inakzeptabel ist. Der Türgriff löste sich dauernd von der Türe. Nach dem Duschen war der ganze Boden überschwemmt, da der Duschvorhang nicht zur Dusche passte. Der Boden beim Eingange wies Flecken auf, welche beim Anblick sehr eklig erschienen. die Lampe und die Ablagefläche waren schräg so das man sich nicht getraute etwas darauf zu stellen. der Rauchmelder war noch eingepackt. ich kann das nicht glauben. das Frühstück ist ein Witz. Man bezahlt für Eier Speisen und Orangensaft extra und das zu einem total überteuerten Preis. Der Esssaal ist gross jedoch war der Bereich wo man das Essen fassen kann so klein und der Standort so ungeeignet ausgewählt, das es jedes Mal eng wurde und das schon bei 4 Personen. ich will gar nicht wissen wie das dort aussieht wenn 10 oder mehr Menschen frühstücken wollen. der Pool war schön
