It was a perfect hotel for me .I was supposed to be at hotel at time square but they move me in Manhattan at time square and I enjoyed it because everything is nearby . I Iove it . Definitely will come back here . The only thing is not good is you can hear the people on next room .

They have great customer service. The receptionist Mo was very patient and polite. He resolved my issue right away and my time at the front desk was quick; he had me in and out. Will definitely book again! 10/10

Horrible service, parking is 4 blocks away, rude staff, rooms are tiny , loud and need to be updated badly. Elevators are VERYYYYY slow! pick a different hotel! Got charged a cleaning fee for leaving newspapers in the bathroom ...

What a disappoin**ent from their web site to the actual Hotel. False website, no coffee machine or kettle not even a cup in room to get a drink of water. The bath was rusted, not healthy and they want a resort fee also. Advertisement not delivered.

It is terrible and very disrespectful. I had my reservation done more than a month in advance, then, the hotel canceled it less than 24h before my arrival. So, I did NOT stay there, because they canceled my stay, BUT they charged me the full price. It has been over 7 months, and they have never given me the money back. This is a headache. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

Price not worth the stay. It's filthy! It was bugs in the hallway and elevator. I called once I got to the room to let them know I wanted to leave. They said I could not and that I would have to speak with a manager

Walked here with all of my luggage from the office on a business trip only to be told when I tried to check in at the front desk that this was no longer a hotel and was operating as a shelter. They had apparently transferred my reservation to a different hotel, Row NYC, which did not seem to have a working phone number and was several blocks away (and on the other side of Times Square). While Row did have my information, this was an unwelcome surprise - particularly with no notice. I would have made other arrangements.
