Dave and Nathalie are wonderful people and excellent hosts. the location is close to downtown NSB with lots of things to do. we would not hesitate to recommend this b+b to anyone. and look forward to going back there. enjoy the grounds and the view of the river from the 2-story dock across the street.

We found the Nigh Swan B&B a peaceful setting to relax and unwind from our busy work lives. The views of the Intracoastal are amazing. Right outside the door you can walk on Riverside Drive for miles looking at the beautiful homes alongside the water. There is outside seating by a firepit if you're interested in socializing with others. David went out of his way to give information about restaurants, dolphin sightings, and things to do in New Smyrna Beach. Easy pickup/drop off for Uber at the B&B. Parking was available. This place is so close to Canal Street restaurants and Flagler Avenue. We had a wonderful time! People in New Smyrna Beach are exceptionally nice. This is one of my favorite places to visit in Florida. Thank you so much David and Natalie for our stay at your B&B. We really appreciate your hospitality!

The suite was beautiful and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and served every morning. The grounds were maintained and manicured. David & Nathalie were great hosts, I will be back and suggest other friends to this Bed & Breakfast gem in New Smyrna Beach, FL.

The Night Swan was an amazing place to stay. We loved sitting out on the dock to watch the boats go by and see the schools of dolphin feed nearby. Just sitting out on the front porch, chatting with other vacationers, was relaxing and certainly a much warmer feel then your typical hotel lobby. We will be back!

One of the owners, David went out of his way to welcome us and to make us feel comfortable. I always travel with a foam mattress topper since I have a bad back. I felt like Goldilocks in the 3 Bears when I tried the king bed in the Osprey room and realized it was SO comfortable that I didn't need my own topper. It was an easy 12 minute walk to Canal Street and the restaurants with no need to find downtown parking. We enjoyed sitting and on the front porch and watching the boats and numerous pelicans flying around in the Intracoastal waterway. The cowboy casserole for breakfast was delicious and the protein was appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

The property overlooks the intercostal and the views are breath taking from the front porch. We stayed with 3 other couples and each of the 4 rooms were great, clean, comfortable bed, private bath and totally cozy. Natalie and David out did themselves. Breakfast was amazing and Natalie accommodated for our picky eaters. We’ve stayed at many bed and breakfasts and the Night Swan is one of our top picks. Will be returning

This was a great place, and Nathalie and David were excellent hosts. We stayed in their Cygnet house with an upstairs view of the waterway. The room was quiet and more than adequate. As a result of the terrible weather (rain, rain and more rain) we ended up spending a lot of time in the common room, meeting fellow travelers. The daily breakfast was good and plentiful, and the always available ice cream did tempt. We won't look anywhere else the next time we are visiting New Smyrna.

Dave and Natalie were fabulous hosts. They were interested in making sure our visit was memorable. The property is lovely, breakfasts were delicious and staff was sincerely gracious. Definitely will return.

Night Swan is an exceptional Inn, facility charming, room w river view lovely, breakfast freshly made and individual dietary requests accomodating. Dave & Nathalie are highly efficient hosts and welcoming. We look forward to returning and experiencing this magical B&B again
