Alexis Inn and Suites Hotel

The hotel was clean, the bathroom in the room was a little small and the bed wasn't comfortable, breakfast was decent.

Hotel was pretty good and fairly clean. Biggest problem was A/C wouldn't go below 68, even though the thermostat was lower. Slept every night only under the sheet and still roasted. Also had no towels or wash cloths in the room, had to call 2x to get what was needed. We did also have a handicap room. The water drained out of the shower in to the bathroom floor and out the door, terrible drainage layout.

The staff was amazing. I would stay there again just because of that. The rooms were very outdated. Wifi was terrible. Beds were hard. There was no sound proofing of the rooms. It was very loud at times.

Muy buena la atención del personal y el hotel en muy buenas condiciones , solo lejos del centro de Nashvielle

The hotel and rooms are clean. Check in was quick and the lady that assisted was friendly. Rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows make for a good nights sleep.

It was a clean room, easy check in although during the night someone was screaming and yelling and didn’t feel safe to leave room

As you walked in, it was a pleasant cleaning smell well maintained. Staff and housekeeping were pleasant and very helpful. Their breakfast is your typical breakfast at a hotel. air conditioner kept the room very cold. I would rate this hotel a 10 out of 10 and definitely will be back every time we go to Nashville. please don’t listen to the bad reviews cause we did not experience one bad thing there. wish it would let me post a video of the lobby that I recorded because of some of the bad reviews this place has gotten just approve. This place is well maintain.

The room was very spacious and cleaned as well as the hotel itself. The staff were lovely and super friendly.

The staff was super friendly and the suite was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty standard. Would definitely recommend.
