This is my first stay at Hilton BNA Airport terminal and my first experience starting great with the staff at the breakfast area and with Magda Odwayne by making my capucino delicious!!! Yes, they have a Starbucks in the lobby! Thank you for the great hospitality!

Beautiful and very stylish. The finest amenities and also some really good views over the airport and Downtown skyline. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The service at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic and had a great breakfast. The sky lounge is pretty but did not enjoy the service. The two bar tenders on afternoon shift on 4 13 was really not focused on the customers and very absent minded. The drinks were good.

Breathtakingly gorgeous hotel that’s an easy-breezy stroll from your room to your gate. It’s so beautiful you might want to stay here even if you don’t have a flight! Well-appointed rooms, and very professional staff, including Chad, who helped us with a minor plumbing issue on the morning of our departure. The BNA Hilton makes early morning departures something to look forward to!

Quick in and out after a late flight. Stayed for one night on the second floor. There was a problem with the door seal to a service door in the hallway causing a loud draft noise. It couldn’t really be heard in the room. I arrived at 1:30am so it was not ideal for exploring the property. After waking I did walk up to the 10th floor which has a lounge and rooftop pool. The pool is t set for recreation but more for laps. The fitness center on 9 is on the corner overlooking the airfield. Large and obviously modern given the property has only been open a few weeks. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was a little agitated that housekeeping was knocking on my door promptly around 8:30am. I know I did not have a do not disturb sign, but it is still a little early to be knocking on checkouts.

The BNA Hilton hotel is a few yards away from the Airport Security checkpoint and car rental. The first floor restaurant, sky bar, pool, room and fitness center are pristine. We walked to the airport to see live music. The hotel also has live music. We ate at the hotel and the airport.

I stayed in room 242. It was facing the southwest airlines terminal large windows, beautiful view. It literally took me less than five minutes to get from my room to TSA security very clean. very nice bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash the outdoor area up. Top is a bar and restaurant. It is very nice with a beautiful view of Nashville and also the airport downstairs just outside. The main doors is a nice area also with chairs tables and two swings with easy access to the garage, very nice stay also I got food at the bar downstairs. The service was good. The food was good. I absolutely will be staying here. Highly recommend!

The hotel is brand new. The rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed the view of the planes. The check in and checkout were very convenient in the Hilton app. The hotel is easy access to the airport. Looking forward to staying here soon for our early morning flight.
