In diesem Hotel passt alles. Ein Grandhotel in Italien, wie man es sich vorstellt. Wunderbare Aussicht, schönes Gebäude -solche Marmorböden findet man sonst nur im Vatikan-, qualitätvolle Stilmöbel des Empire, hervorragendes Essen und -der Höhepunkt!- ein überaus freundliches, herzliches Personal, das sich bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man merkt, wenn jemand seine Arbeit mit Liebe und Hingabe macht! Ein Traum auch die Dachterrasse mit Bar und Restaurants, sowohl was Essen betrifft, als auch Aussicht und hochwertiges modernes Design. In der Innenstadt hätte unser Zimmer einen besseren Schallschutz vertragen. Da derzeit aber ohnehin -nicht störende- Renovierungsarbeiten im Gang sind, wird das sicher auch noch verbessert. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhiger, haben aber nicht den traumhaften Blick über die Bucht.

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen, veraltet, wir haben ein Zimmer in der Hafenlandschaft reserviert, die Fläche ist klein, die Gepäckstücke sind nicht gut gestellt und die Bilder sind nicht miteinander vereinbar. Das oberen Etagen Restaurant ist im Allgemeinen, die Landschaft ist sehr gut. Es ist seltsam, dass das Hotel Restaurant zu essen, die Speisegebühren sind gezahlt, das Hotel hat die Vorabgenehmigung für die Speisegebühren für 116 Euro mit unserer Kreditkarte Mitte der Nacht gemacht. Ich fragte Trip.com nachher. Trip.com sagte, dass das Hotel besorgt sei, dass die Kreditkartenbeträge nicht genug sind, wenn wir aufhalten. Es ist wirklich unsachgemäß, mehrere hundert Euro pro Nacht zu verbringen, Das Hotel hat Angst, dass wir 116 Euro nicht zahlen können. Wenn Sie nach der Antiquitätenstadt von Babe gehen, können Sie an der Hoteltür einen Taxi zurückrufen. Zwei Stunden bis zur Abfahrt von Babe, kosten Sie 100 Euro. Besuchen Sie die Antiquitätenstadt von Babe ist besser als eine Reiseleiterin an der Tür. Die Reiseleiterin hier ist sehr professionell und erklären Sie es ernst, 150 Euro einmal, sehr wert.

Die Lage wirklich direkt gegenüber des Castel dell'Ovo ist unschlagbar, der Blick über das Meer bis Capri genial. Klassisches, man könnte auch sagen ”old-fashioned” Grand Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Tolle Frühstücksterrase im 9. Stock mit vorgenannter Vista. Zimmer ”old-fashioned”, aber gepflegt. Bar auf der Dachterrasse kann man, muß man aber nicht. Tolle Alternative direkt um die Ecke. Nette Lokale fußläufig z.B. direkt unterhalb des Castel. Es ist (mittlerweile) ruhig vor dem Hotel, da die Strasse für den Durchgangsverkehr gesperrt ist, ein unschätzbarer Vorteil in einer Stadt wie Neapel. Wenn Neapel, dann Grand Hotel Versuvio.

Sehr schönes Hotel entlang des Wassers. Balkone stehen vor der Wasserfront mit einem Paar Stühle und einem Tisch auf jedem Balkon. Große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. riesige Frühstücksbuffet mit Wartepersonal zur Verfügung, um spezielle Kaffeegetränke gemacht zu bestellen. Großes Hotel, das oft Konferenzen hat, sodass das Rezeptionsbereich sehr besetzt sein kann. Rezeption Mitarbeiter nicht sehr freundlich, aber Frühstückspersonal waren sehr hilfreich. Einfache Spaziergang zu Restaurants.

We were a Norwegian school group (aged 14/15 years) and we really appreciated that the hostel were willing to host us for four nights. The rooms and facilities were beyond expectation; clean and well-maintained. Some of our students commented on how lovely it was that each of the dormitory rooms had its own character. The centre courtyard was lovely for early evening meetings and morning gatherings. The breakfast was healthy and fresh with enough to feed everyone. The staff went above and beyond to help us; detailed information about the city, help with maps, help with luggage, help with ordering pizza! and so much more. We were all so very grateful that we had this little haven in the middle of a wonderfully chaotic city. Thank you so much.

non solo che siamo stati bene, ma benissimo, il b&b e situati nelle vicinanze del museo nazionale - allora centrale e nello stesso momento tranquillo. il padrone di casa e simpaticissimo e ti da una mano x organizzare qualsiasi cosa. nicht nur, dass es uns dort gut gegangen ist, sondern ausgezeichnet. das b&b befindet sich in der nähe des nationalmuseums - also zentral u trotzdem ruhig. der hausherr ist äußerst sympathisch und hilft bei allen organisatorischen sachen.

We stayed at Diego's accommodation for seven nights and can heartily recommend it. Five stars are not enough to adequately rate this incomparable B&B! Working in the hotel industry myself, I am certainly a rather demanding guest; however, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded! Rarely have we experienced such a nice, caring and helpful host. But not only that, the accommodation itself is absolutely unique. You can tell that a lot of heart and soul has been put into it - everything has been thought of. Our room was beautiful, bright and cozy. In addition, it looked like new and was very modern (top air conditioning available). The room and the entire accommodation was always absolutely clean. Although the B&B is in a prime location (the nearest metro station is only a few minutes walk away and everything in the city is also easily doable on foot), we heard nothing of the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was also delicious every day! Thank you Diego for this unforgettable and perfect stay in bella Napoli and your very helpful tips! Sono stato in questa struttura con mia moglie per un weekend ( dal 19 al 21 Aprile ) e ho trovato negli host Angelo e Dario due persone a dir poco eccezionali, prodighe di consigli ed utili suggerimenti. Stanze confortevoli e pulite, breakfast per tutti i gusti e soprattutto un sentirsi tra le mura di casa, a partire dal risveglio e per finire alla colazione tra le confidenze e la professionalità di Dario e l' amorevole passione del papà Angelo, persona che ci ha confermato tutta la sua simpatia, anche al di fuori delle mura di questa struttura. Ce ne andiamo con un velo di malinconia ma felici di aver vissuto questa esperienza. Un grazie di tutto cuore da Armando e Annalisa ( Bari )

Es liegt ein wenig versteckt im Altstadtviertel von Neapel und von außen wirkt es wenig einladend. Im ersten Stock ist der Eingang und die Rezeption und von dort gelangt man auch in den wunderschönen Gartenbereich. Die Zimmer sind schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kann gut Englisch. In 10 Minuten Fußmarsch ist man mitten in der turbulenten Altstadt. Wenn man, wie wir mit dem Auto anreist, ist die Anfahrt abenteuerlich, da man vor der Unterkunft keine Parkplätze findet. Der Verkehr in Neapel ist das krasseste, was ich in Europa bisher erlebt habe. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Magma Home is an incredible place to stay. Wonderful hosts, beautiful rooms, comfortable and large shared spaces and that magic rooftop and view! I love the eclectic art throughout from local artists, very colourful and unique. Our family of 5 stayed over new years and had such a wonderful time. We felt included in the family at a wonderful new years eve party. The hosts were also very lovely about my son's 15th birthday, giving him a little cake and candle as well as a little gift. The breakfasts were perfect and we chose to eat ours on the rooftop most mornings with that killer view of Vesuvius and the rooftops of Naples. Big shout out to Roberto who is the best host! There was nothing he wouldn't do to help, he is very kind and patient. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is great, very close to Naples Museum and the underground. Make sure you go to Starita Pizza for dinner too, which is an easy walk away and the best pizza I have ever eaten! Our stay at Magma Home made our stay in Naples truly special, we were very well looked after. Highly recommended!
