The 5 bed female dorm was quite spacious and the ensuite bathroom was quite big, and both were very clean. The buffet breakfast included in the price was varied and delicious. The staff gave me useful advice for my trip. It was really easy to drop my bag off in the morning of check in and pick it up on the evening of check out without having to warn in advance. The location is perfect for taking the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento or Pompei, or for any train leaving from Central station. The hostel has CCTV around, and I felt very safe there. The rules of the hostel were clear and reasonable. Whilst it's location is central, it is necessary to cross a few busy roads to get to it (especially if you come from Central station or Circumvesuviana) It is also not so well sign-posted but you just need to look carefully for the street number and street name. This hostel doesn't organise parties, bar crawls or evening events but is a place where you can get a good nights' sleep.

Fantastisches Hotel!! Wir kamen letzte Nacht um 22:00 Uhr und prüften heute Morgen, als wir nach Ischia fahren. Wenn alle negativen Bewerter ihre Forschung vor der Buchung dieses Hotels gemacht haben, dann würden sie wissen, dass es ein Hotel-Stop-out statt ein langes Aufenthaltshotel ist. Der Taxifahrt vom Flughafen dauerte alle 10 Minuten und kostete €20. Ja, der Fahrt auf ist extrem „dodge“ und nicht irgendwo, wo Sie nachts allein gehen würden. Aber einmal in ihm ist es wie ein ganz anderer Ort. Sehr sauber, sicher, modern mit freundlichem Personal. Unser Zimmer war im 14. Stock und Premium, es war unschädlich, plus die Dusche/Badezimmer war groß mit einem Wander-in-Weißraum. Dusche Druck war glücklich nach dem ganzen Tag reisen. Das Frühstück war fabulös, verschiedene Backwaren, kaltes Fleisch und Käse, Obst und Joghurt. Ein typisches italienisches Frühstück besteht aus Backwaren und Kaffee, so denke ich, dass ihr Versuch auf Bacon Eier und Bohnen etc., um zu freuen, dass die Clientele war 10/10!

Es ist eine italienische Gastfamilie gegenüber dem Bahnhof mit 5 Zimmern. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch und der Preis ist relativ hoch, aber die Schwarzen unten sind weniger sicher. Wir lebten neben Schwarzen. Ich persönlich bin kein Rassist, aber es macht mir immer noch etwas aus. Der Vermieter ist sehr enthusiastisch, vielleicht zu enthusiastisch, öffnet Ihre Tür und kommt herein, um zu putzen, obwohl wir ihm ausdrücklich gesagt haben, dass er dies nicht tun soll. Es ist mir egal, meine Schwiegertochter hat mehr Angst. Kurz gesagt, es gibt Vor- und Nachteile. Männern wird empfohlen, alleine zu leben. Paar, vergiss es, du musst auf das Sicherheitsgefühl deines Geliebten achten.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room's design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!

Wir haben im Hotel für 4 Nächte während eines Besuchs nach Neapel geblieben. Die Lage ist sehr bequem, zu Fuß von der Altstadt und neben dem Untergrund und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Das Gebäude wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, die Zimmer waren sauber und Frühstück wunderschön. Es gibt eine erstaunliche Dachterrasse, um ein Getränk oder ein Essen zu fangen, mit schönen Pflanzen und wunderschönen Blick! Ein besonderer Hinweis für das Personal: Alle waren aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und werden zurückkommen, wenn wir die Chance haben.

This was my most expensive booking while in Naples for a short holiday. There were some really good aspects to the hotel offering - a very central location next to Garibaldi and a really nice rooftop sundeck pool and bar (although I’m not entirely clear why the sides of the sundeck have been camouflaged with fake foilage, completely blocking out the view across the city). However, my room was really disappointing for the price. While large, and clean, with big traditional balcony windows looking over the street, there were problems throughout the space which demonstrated a lack of attention and care. The toilet flush was broken, with the short flush not working and the main flush jamming so you had to push it several times to shut off the flow. The settee was filthy and needed a good clean. The walls were scuffed and dirty. There were no instructions for the air con. And all the lights bar one in the ceiling were broken. There were slippers but no dressing gown. There was no soap in the bathroom to allow you to wash your hands properly Moreover, the large space was just really under designed. It felt bare and quite soulless, when with some thought it could have been turned into a really lovely space, perhaps with a coffee table to allow one to make meaningful use of the settee etc. generally I was just disappointed given the price and star rating. What is worse, when I explained the issues to the receptionist at the end of my stay he just stared blankly at me and then asked me for the city tax, and in the end I felt forced uncomfortably to ask him explicitly if he had an apology and some kind of explanation for me regarding the issues I had identified. This kind of anti-customer service is entirely unacceptable for any hotel, and it really summarises the underlying problems with this place - claiming to be a luxury hotel when it really isn’t, sadly. Oh, and breakfast fine but not outstanding. Too much cheap processed food (ie cake and dry biscuits) and not enough hot food and healthy options like fresh fruit.

Auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof gibt es einen schönen Supermarkt, eine Wäscherei und eine leckere Pizzeria, und nebenan gibt es eine Drogeriekette, die Lage ist also perfekt. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und hatte eine große Terrasse, sodass es sehr komfortabel war. Zusätzlich zu Neapel fuhr ich nach Pompeji, Salerno → Amalfi → Potagino → Sorrent, aber Amalfi und Potagino waren zu voll, also war ich froh, dass ich einen Tagesausflug von Neapel aus gemacht habe. Da es kein festes Personal gibt, müssen Sie zur angegebenen Zeit einchecken. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass das Zimmer nur nach Ihrem Anruf geöffnet wird. Letztendlich konnte ich sie in Matera nicht erreichen, und das Hotel stornierte noch am selben Tag und ich konnte keine Rückerstattung erhalten, sodass ich wieder etwas nervös war.
