酒店非常難找，沒有門面，出租車司機也找不到，在附近下車後問了許多熱心人才在一個小院落裏面找到一個鎖着的小門，敲門無人應答，因此未入住。將情況反映給攜程，攜程積極處理，在此感謝攜程的幫助。

I stayed an extra night and I really enjoyed the nice staff and the location . Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, museums and coffee shops.The rooms are charming and interesting. I was so comfortable. I’ll stay again when I return to Naples!

Don't hesitate to book this one! Traveled to Naples with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff organized a boat rental for us and went out of their way to make sure it ran smoothly. The room is renovated and modern (great bathroom). One thing to know is there is no common area or restaurant, but they serve breakfast in the morning.

It’s a small hotel (there are only about six rooms) in the heart of Naples, not far away from the sea. In the neighborhood there are plenty of restaurants. The location is nice: quite, safe, not far away from bus stop, sea and historic center of the city. Chiara made our stay wonderful, we were surrounded by attention and care. We asked to change the room according to our preferences and the staff provided us with it. The breakfast is typically Italian with a lot of pastry, so if you don’t eat cakes it can be a problem, but we were ready for it. Take in mind, that the room with sauna has a very loud bathroom (there is a window, that is why the whole Naples will bath with you), if you want some privacy, choose another room.

There was an alarm ringing all night. Told the staff and did not care about it. Could not sleep. Would not recommend this hotel at all. They also did not received us, left the hotel room key in a place downstairs. Worst service ever.
