酒店位置非常好，出門就是美麗的那不勒斯灣，床很舒服，服務也很到位，剛剛離開就讓人懷念。

酒店位於海邊，是好區比較安全，而且離主要景點比較近，走路15分鐘左右，另外房間很乾凈裝修也不錯，不是很大但是很精緻，早餐一般，但是可以吃飽，前台服務也不錯。

We regret that our stay in Naples was the worst of our entire trip in Europe. The hotel services are bad, as in most of Naples. Bad manners. It seems that every employee is making you a huge services just to reply any doubts or questions. There was a taxi strike that disrupted everything in town — not a single sign in the reception informing!

Old world charm right on the water. Rooms are very spacious and quite luxurious. A couple things that I disliked were the fact that 1) the premises were a bit run down (like corners were dirty and paint was wearing off) 2) it was generally not super as clean as I’d like (I could see water stains on the rim of sink and mirror). 3) it had some ants… like ants walking around the floors and on my bed. There didn’t appear to be a big colony coming out of somewhere though. The bed is super comfortable and the AC is really nice and the location is really great, right by the water, although gets really loud at night. Naples is generally pre-run down anyway, so I recommend staying by the water if there is a good deal on a property like this.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was generally a very good experience but there were small things which could be improved upon For example, some of the fittings in the bathroom were not working properly. The showerhead rail had a missing screw so it would not stay up. The toilet flush did not work properly.

The hotel is conveniently and beautifully located in Santa Lucia. At first I thought the area seemed a little boring but it turned out to be close to both the ferry terminal to Capri and Sorrento (20 min walking to the terminal) and I walked to both Chiaia (20 min), Vomero (40 min) and Centro Storico (40 min). There were many restaurants on the same street. However, the building is quite old and I could hear doors slamming, other hotel guests talking and also the cleaning by the staff through the walls. The bathroom floor got really wet when i showered, and i couldn’t charge my computer, only my phone, not even with the power adapter i borrowed from the reception. My room faced the courtyard so no street noise. Overall i had a good stay but i would perhaps rank it 6.5/10.
