Wir haben im Hotel für 4 Nächte während eines Besuchs nach Neapel geblieben. Die Lage ist sehr bequem, zu Fuß von der Altstadt und neben dem Untergrund und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Das Gebäude wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, die Zimmer waren sauber und Frühstück wunderschön. Es gibt eine erstaunliche Dachterrasse, um ein Getränk oder ein Essen zu fangen, mit schönen Pflanzen und wunderschönen Blick! Ein besonderer Hinweis für das Personal: Alle waren aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und werden zurückkommen, wenn wir die Chance haben.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do NOT stay at this place. It is a scam. We booked through lastminute.com looking forward to a short city break to naples/pompeii and it turned out to be the worst 3 nights of my life. Our check-in information mentioned we could get our room at 11am so, as we had an early morniny flight, got to the hotel just after 11 expecting our room to be ready. We were told to give them an hour. We returned just after 12 and were told it was still not ready and were guided upstairs after a further 45 minutes of waiting the room was finally ready and we were relieved! BUT this is where the hell started. We were taken outside of the hotel casablanca reception area to a separate “hotel” a 5 minute walk away called hotel siri. The area was a building site and the room looked like a bedsit. I kid you not, at this place I believe I could have contracted hepatitis. Understandably we complained informing the hotel this is not what we had booked and were taken back to the reception to speak to the “director”. When we got to the reception area we were met with 2 hostile people refusing to speak in English to us informing that they now could not speak English when they were conversing with us only a short while earlier. They then moved us into a room in the main Hotel Casablanca. However, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel and had to spend valuable time during our holiday finding a new accommodation that we could relax in. We are still awaiting information from lastminute.com and the so-called hotel on a a refund. Which after the shambolic service/attitude, dishonesty, lies and deceit we encountered during our first few moments in naples, we believe is entitled. I emplore you - DO NOT book this hotel. You will get scammed just like we did. Lastminute.com YOU must do something to stop this from happening. I expect to be hearing from you again to correct this. What was meant to be a relaxing, fun break turned out to be 3 nights in HELL.

Zusammengefasst kann man sagen dieses Hotel ist ein normales 4 Sterne Hotel was die Hygiene und Komfort angeht ABER das Personal ist so extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und zwar alle angefangen von dem Reinigungspersonal bis hin zur Reception wir haben uns dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt und wegen dem Personal habe ich auch 5 Sterne gegeben jeder Arbeiter in diesem Hotel war respektvoll und hilfsbereit danke an das ganze Team !! :)

Siamo stati davvero felici di trascorrere una notte al Philip Royal B&B il 29 gennaio e se avessimo avuto la possibilità, avremmo volentieri prolungato il nostro soggiorno. La posizione di questo B&B, proprio di fronte alla stazione centrale di Napoli, è davvero comoda. Ci ha colpito particolarmente la cura con cui è gestito da personale altamente qualificato che dimostra una grande passione per il loro lavoro. La nostra camera, la numero 501, era semplicemente perfetta: spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e con una vista mozzafiato sul Vesuvio dal balcone. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la colazione deliziosa che ci è stata servita direttamente in camera. Vorremmo ringraziare di cuore Francesco e Arianna, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e sempre sorridenti. Senza dubbio, rappresentano il punto di forza di questo B&B. Se ci sarà l'opportunità, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di cuore ragazzi!

A parte il fatto (comunque colpa mia) che avevo prenotato e pagato per due, ma all'ultimo momento la mia compagna non è venuta, la prima camera che mi hanno assegnato ( la 304) aveva un pervasivo e disgustoso odore di gabinetto. il copriletto era vecchissimo, sporco e completamente mangiato dalle tarme, (vedi foto). . La seconda camera (la 202) era decente e l'ho presa. Aveva il bagno per i disabili, ma considero questo un plus. Ma gli accessori di del bagno erano tarati per una sola persona (1 asciugamani per mano normale, 1 asciugamano doccia, nessun bicchiere (e l'impianto idrico lasciava a desiderare). Lo staff mi ha portato quanto richiesto, IL peggio però era l'impianto di condizionamento, assolutamente non funzionante. Fortunatamente la temperatura era gradevole, ma la mattina farsi la doccia in un bagno freddo non è stato piacevole. Lo staff ha provveduto il giorno dopo. Visto che il check out era alle 11, ho lasciato, alle ore 9:00 lo zaino al deposito bagagli: non vi è stata applicata alcuna etichetta. Alle ore 16:00 del 6 gennaio sono andato a riprenderlo: non c'era più. Uno dello Staff, un po' balbettante mi ha detto che li avevano spostati in altro luoho. E me lo ha mostrato: in una zona in penombra; c'era un solo zaino, all’apparenza il mio, l'ho preso e sono ripartito per Salerno. Solo all'arrivo mi sono accorto che lo zaino, seppur identico, non era il mio. Solo grazie alla disponibilità della persona che aveva preso il mio sono riuscito ad operare lo scambio di restituzione. Quando ho lascito lo zaino (ore 08:30) ho comunicato chiaramente alla reception che, dopo la colazione sarei tornato, ben prima delle 11:00 ora del check out per usare il bagno. Tornato dopo mezz'ora ho trovato la stanza già disfatta con le donne delle pulizia ed il bagno ormai inagibile.già in pulizia. Comunque, vabbè che eravamo in altissima stagione ma per un albergo in zona stazione d Napoli, degradata e mal frequentata, 180 euro + 6 euro di tassa d soggiorno per due notti mi sembrano un po' eccessivi per un albergo di terza categoria

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich bin ein paar Mal mit der U-Bahn gefahren, aber Züge fahren nicht oft, daher ist der Bus möglicherweise besser. Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel selbst ohne Probleme. Wenn ich noch eine Chance habe, würde ich auf jeden Fall gerne wieder mit Ihnen zusammenarbeiten.

Die Bar, die am Abend Getränke haben, ist schmutzig, schmutzige Tischfäden, die keine Linen sind, hatte Marken, die verwendet wurden und verschwunden Getränke oder Nahrungsmittel. Die Stühle und der Tisch fühlen sich schmutzig und wir nahmen unsere Getränke in unserem Zimmer stattdessen. Das Frühstück hat keine kochene Nahrung, nur hart gekochte Eier, Brot ist hart, Menschen müssen in der Warteschlange warten, bis sie von einem Wächter serviert werden, Sie können nicht aus dem Tisch nehmen, Wächter muss sogar Kaffee servieren. Es ist schrecklich um das Hotel, die Polizei ist immer da, dünne Geschäfte um. Bleib in der Nähe oder in Hotels um das Schloss Ovo. Es ist zu schmutzig um die Station Gibraldi, wo dieses Hotel liegt.

Es liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof gibt es einen schönen Supermarkt, eine Wäscherei und eine leckere Pizzeria, und nebenan gibt es eine Drogeriekette, die Lage ist also perfekt. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und hatte eine große Terrasse, sodass es sehr komfortabel war. Zusätzlich zu Neapel fuhr ich nach Pompeji, Salerno → Amalfi → Potagino → Sorrent, aber Amalfi und Potagino waren zu voll, also war ich froh, dass ich einen Tagesausflug von Neapel aus gemacht habe. Da es kein festes Personal gibt, müssen Sie zur angegebenen Zeit einchecken. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass das Zimmer nur nach Ihrem Anruf geöffnet wird. Letztendlich konnte ich sie in Matera nicht erreichen, und das Hotel stornierte noch am selben Tag und ich konnte keine Rückerstattung erhalten, sodass ich wieder etwas nervös war.

We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to come home. Like many other guests we were staying as a family group, visiting relatives in Marigliano so it was a great base. It would also make a fantastic stopping off point for anyone driving through Italy, away from the more touristy parts of Naples. Hotel, grounds and pools are absolutely stunning and so well maintained. I don’t think the staff ever stopped working to keep everything looking perfect. Staff were so warm and helpful and we felt well looked after. Breakfast was very generous and the bar reasonably priced with a good selection of brands. We particularly enjoyed the wine selection. Shuttle was €80 into Naples and a non hotel taxi €50 -€70 to the airport
