Eines der besten Hotels in Neapel mit über 50 Zimmern!!! Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs von Garibaldi. In der Nähe befinden sich günstige Supermärkte, Restaurants und eine lebendige Einheimischen- und Einwanderergemeinschaft, in der Sie Souvenirs und Lebensmittel kaufen können. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum beträgt nur 2 Kilometer und zum nächsten öffentlichen Strand sind es mit der Linie 2 nur 40 Minuten. Der Service im Hotel ist wirklich gut und die Einrichtungen sind hervorragend.

Wenn Sie in den Laden kommen, müssen Sie noch einmal 21 Euro Kurtaxe bezahlen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hoch, der Balkon lässt sich öffnen, es ist geräumig, hell und gut belüftet. Achten Sie jeden Tag auf gute Hygiene. Es gibt nur keinen Tisch im Raum, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Dem einzigen Hocker im Zimmer fehlte ein Bein. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Ausstattung ist gut, allerdings gibt es in der Dusche oft kein heißes Wasser und der Wasserdurchfluss ist sehr gering. Es ist besser, wenn der Duschkopf repariert ist und der Wasserdurchfluss normal ist. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr gut und es ist sehr bequem, die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Wenn Sie hier wohnen, müssen Sie kein Taxi nehmen, um irgendwohin zu gelangen. Sie können ein paar hundert Schritte laufen und direkt den Zug oder die U-Bahn nehmen. Als ich hier ankam, stieg ich aus dem Zug und nahm ein Taxi, und es kam in wenigen Minuten an. Der Fahrer war hilfsbereit mit dem Gepäck und verlangte von uns, 13,- Euro zu zahlen. (Der Taxameter kostet 8,5 Euro) und Taxifahrer in Spanien berechnen nach Taxameter. Mehrere Fahrer in Italien verlangten mehr.

' Un b&b dignitoso piu' che un hotel . Stanza essenziale neanche un tavolino e,come nel bagnetto dove non c'e' neanche una mensola, non si sa dove posar le cose. Colazione nella media di un b&b qualche problema all ' ascensore e prezzo un po' troppo alto per quello che offre.

Die Abstimmung liegt sicherlich unter Null, es ist sinnlos, alle Mängel aufzuschreiben. Ich empfehle wirklich, nicht in dieses Hotel zu gehen, sondern lieber woanders hin. Ab der Ankunft ohne Rezeption und daher 30 Minuten Wartezeit vorn und Klingeln ohne Ergebnis. Sie wechseln die Bettwäsche nicht. Erbrechen beim Frühstück. Bewertung der Zimmerreinigung: 1 von 10. Unlobenswert.

Arrived at Hotel reception door was locked and no one at the hotel. Upon calling the phone number available on the sign we where informed that reception does not open before 2pm and does not hold luggage's for tourists - so we had to walk back to the train station and buy luggage storage for the day at extra cost. The room was not as per photos on website. Dirty and stained and mouldy walls , flushing does not work, only 1 electricity plug was working in the room, bed and bed sheets were dirty and thorn, broken bathroom sink, door knob was broken. Amongst other things. To go in and out of the hotel we had to use a secondary door common to another block of dwellings because the reception which also serves as the emergency exit (according to signs) was locked with a padlock most of the times. Also, as per previous reviews - by mistake we where charged city tax twice - then refunded upon complaining. Not recommended.

Very close to Piazza Garibaldi and the central station. Stayed one night in a basic but clean and reasonably comfortable room, overall, it was good value for money. Reception was open when we arrived and was friendly and efficient, however, despite being told it would be open the following day so we could store our bags it was not and so we had to plan a last minute alternative. If you plan to stay here I recommend using the bag storage in Central Station (6€ per bag), which is open to 8 pm. Other guests have had a similar problems and so be aware that you cannot rely on being able to store (and collect) your bags. My message to the management is to be honest about this, offer alternatives and make it easier for your guests.

I paid in advance and they didn’t send me an email with the code during the four days I was suppose to stay! I tried to contact them numerous times! They didn’t keep thier written lobby hours, this resulted in me being stuck on the street with my belongings in a very dangerous neighborhood. The manager was entirely uncooperative, seemingly due to be being a women. Do not book as this is a scam!

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e a Spacca Napoli, perfetto per girare la città senza avere mezzo autonomo!Camere impensatamente ampie e pulizia ineccepibile.Letti un po' scomodi e isolamento scarso,ma non si può avere tutto.Prezzo ottimo per la zona.Ragazzo gentilissimo alla reception anche se si è sbagliato con la tassa di soggiorno perché 3,50€ per 3 fa 10,50€ e non 14 ma si sa può capitare...da dimenticare la colazione

La camere non era come quella ne foto Lenzuola mai cambiate .... E poi nel bidè c'era anche la 💩 Tende sporche Murri lasciano stare e cetera........ E siamo stati un giorno in meno non anno voluto darci la differenza......................

Arrivati in Hotel abbiamo fatto il check-in, tutto sembrava nella norma, personale gentile e camera carina. Era tutto nella norma se non fosse stato per lo scarafaggio enorme che abbiamo trovato in bagno, una cosa del tutto schifosa e orripilante. Da rivedere a fondo la pulizia dell’hotel.
