Sehr effiziente Lage, Sie können alles in der Nähe finden. Für Sightseeing-Touren ist die Metrolinie 1 nicht weit entfernt. Die Bevölkerung, die das Gebiet bewohnt, ist sehr afrikanisch, aber absolut sicher. Auf der Straße leben, also ist die Straße immer voller Menschen. Ich habe gelesen, dass es im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher gibt, aber ich musste danach fragen und bekam einen schmutzigen Wasserkocher, wie ein trockenes Spiegelei. Die Rezeptionistin sagte mir, es sei rostig und es tötete nicht! Willkommen in Neapel! Ich habe es mit Backpulver gereinigt. Der Schmutz ist gut, aber ich bin sicher, er ist nicht rostig. Dieser Dienst entspricht jedoch immer noch nicht dem Standard, auch wenn er warm und tolerant ist. Sie können jederzeit Pizza nach Hause bringen, sogar um 3 Uhr morgens!

這家酒店在一棟歷史建築裏面，入住能體驗歷史吧。距離景點也不遠，交通比較方便。比較不錯的一次入住體驗。

外網披露房間是18平方米，但根據入住後目測不可能有18平米，如果不包括衞生間，那麼房間甚至可能9平方米都不到。 並且佈局也不是照片呈現的那樣，而是一大一小兩張床是並排的。 相比超過1800的房價，這酒店是真不值。

嚴重不推薦的酒店，我住過最差的BEST WESTERN: 進房間一股氣味，開窗透氣才好一點。 衞生間沒有毛巾架，導致毛巾衹能放在本來就不大的洗手枱上。 衞生間淋浴區是敞開的，洗澡就會水漫房間，害得我拿毛家擦了半晚上地。 馬桶帶了衞洗，但當我使用到時候發現邊上的開關根本就是擺設，沒有水出來…… 説完衞生間説房間，桌子是牆上那種，很窄，以至於放個筆記本電腦打開屏幕豆費勁…… 最後懶得折騰，湊合住了兩晚上，退房跟前台説了，居然無動於衷。。。。。 那不勒斯的美好印象這個酒店是給全扣光了。

soggiorno di più notti. Camere pulite e ben accessoriate. Colazione ottima con dolci di pasticceria e cappuccino-caffè da bar e non solo da macchinette. Sala colazione con bella vetrata e balconata con vista sulla città. Hotel è a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione centrale-garibaldi e a 10 minuti dal duomo e via dei tribunali e dunque il centro storico è vicino, anche se i quartieri a napoli sono spesso degradati. Personale gentile e disponibile.

The one thing the BW Hotel Plaza in Naples has going for it is it's close proximity to the Centrale Train Station. It is about a 5 minute walk pulling suit cases to get from the trains to the BW location. However, you are walking thru what has to be one of the very worst part of Naples (??).... I certaintly would not stay here if I were a young female and had plans to go out walking in the evenings to go to dinner. (The heavy metal doors that lock on the front of hotel give you some idea of it's location). The hotel had the worst 'sewage' type of smell of all time. We hoped it would go away once we were in our room, but it was even worse. The noise of constant sirens and horns blaring went all night long. The beds were twins, which we had asked for, but, very very very narrow twin beds. The linens were nice :) And, the hotel agent did arrange for us a 30 euro ride via taxi to the airport in the morning. All in all, I would not stay here again. We just considered it was a Best Western and would have the same standards as what we are somewhat use to.

The facility itself was fine, clean. Would have rated it a 4. However the neighborhood was quite unsettling. Staff at least got us a taxi for us to go to a better part of town for dinner. Wish the facility had a bar and restaurant on site for this reason, but they did not.

I’d stay there again. Conveniently close to Napoli Centrale station and the Metro. Quiet. Well maintained older hotel.

Very centrally located. The area is a little rough but we live in a similar type city.

The hotel's fine the neibourghood is really crappy but you're close the central train station....
