This hotel is stunning. It is attentive to your needs, provides lots of welcome extras and is comfortable and clean. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are amazing. I will definitely stay here again!

I spent 2 nights and enjoyed my time with my wife and kid to the fullest. Some stuff can speak English which does feel more comfortable. The bath was great and so was the pool facilities. I’ll be back for a third time

I chose this hotel because I wanted a staycation with an open air swimming pool. The room was big and spacious, with a beautiful balcony (but not on the swimming pool). The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower and all around the room there were little surprises such as fish food to use for the pond fish, little mottos in both chinese and english, bathgel and other toiletries. What was not evident, though, is that some of this things were not for free! The big bottle of water that we expected to be free (5star hotel, 500 yuan per room!!) was indeed not, and it was written in extremely fine prints on the bottle. Same for the tea leaves in the teaset! Another disappointment was the breakfast. The choice and quality were ok, but definitely not at a 5-star hotel level. No choice in sweet bread, no coffee and very little variety of fruits.

文峯飯店在南通非常有名氣，慕名前來，體驗不錯！ 整個院子範圍非常大，進來要通過一段小路，景色優美。停車位充足，而且整個飯店範圍內停車是全免費的～ 房間蠻大，衞生間特別寬敞，書桌、鏡子、冰箱、水壺、晾衣繩之類的都有，考慮很周到。床上也是硬枕頭和軟枕頭都配了。房間裏還有免費的香和香爐，很有意境。 早餐特別豐盛！同樣的大廳還有下午茶和正餐供應，基本是住進去就不用出來了～要點外賣的話，也很方便，前台有一個專門的枱子放外賣～

房間有陽台，衞生較好，床有點硬，被子較薄。住了二晚，早餐和晚餐都是在酒店內，覺得很滿意，早餐豐盛，晚餐菜餚口味好，服務好，價格實惠。整體房價在春節市場裏是很有競爭力的

春節期間到南通旅行，發現性價比最高的五星級老牌酒店，位於老城區域到周邊旅行非常方便，且酒店本身就是一個大花園，人少乾淨環境優美太好了👍！酒店的軟硬件都很到位，房間寬敞乾淨，歡迎水果及免費飲用水配備齊全，早餐中西結合非常豐盛，值得再次入住。

南通老牌酒店，環境挺好的，有樹有水，服務也不錯，早餐挺好吃的，有開夜房，晚上還有銀耳湯，房間帶個小陽台，天熱一點來應該更愜意，房間設施也是齊全，略有不足是吹風機功率比較小，而且衹能在房間用，有點影響小朋友睡覺，入住時候送了小朋友小禮物，小蛇很應景

春節回南通老家，文峯飯店是習慣了的地方，外環境非常好，安靜舒適，酒店所有員工服務滿分，自助早餐品種不多，有上升空間，能吃飽，晚上有夜床服務，還有甜羹，贊！房間不大，設施齊全，空調製暖很好，中餐零點的口味不如以前了。提點建議，希望餐飲能有進步改善，記得以前老樓裏的中餐很好吃，還有好吃的自助餐，現在也沒有了，看到老樓要裝修，希望客房面積能擴大，目前崇文樓的客房也不大。最後祝福文峯飯店能越來越好。

南通文峯酒店的入住體驗堪稱完美！酒店地理位置優越，周邊交通便利，距離商圈和景點都很近。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效貼心。房間寬敞明亮，設施現代齊全，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴乾淨整潔，細節處彰顯品質。早餐種類豐富，中西式餐點兼顧，食材新鮮可口。尤其感謝客房服務的細緻貼心，讓整個住宿過程倍感温馨。無論是商務出行還是休閑旅行，這裏都是理想之選，下次來南通一定會再次選擇文峯酒店！

房間緊臨園中小河，環境非常幽靜，早上在鳥鳴中起床，下午在陽台上泡壺茶，靜享温暖時光。酒店在園林裏，雖説設施有點陳舊，但懷舊氛圍感很好，性價比還是蠻高的，非常值得再住。

房間面積大，還有一個小陽台，天氣好可以觀景👍👍👍早餐比較豐富，連住三天，每天菜品都有更換🉑🌈
