Aktuell ist leider eine Baustelle auf der Dachterrasse. Somit waren keine Liegen verfügbar und die Ruhe etwas gestört. Die Massagen waren ok, jedoch die Räumlichkeiten hierzu nicht sehr ansprechend. Eine Modernisierung ist wichtig. Das Essen war gut

The staff are warm and welcoming. The receptionist (Purity) was very kind and helpful. The staff in the Cafeteria, especially Fortunate, gave their all and the meals were super delicious. The rooms were heavenly and totally relaxing beds. We enjoyed the warm swimming pool and cool music from the Saxophone and awesome saxophonist.

Great to see the room has an Air conditioner now compared to my last visit. Food was good. Akinyi, Adyah, and team were friendly. Gym was good. I love the pool even though I wasn't able to use because of my short stay.

This hotel was great! Very spacious and reminded me of a hotel in The US. It was next to everything and was in a great part of town. Everybody in the lobby was nice and polite; the security guards at the gate was friendly as well. Ezna and Sorophine made sure my room was very clean at all times and I appreciate them both tremendously!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Clarence house hotel. Room service was excellent. Work done by Sorophine, Eunice and Ezna is commendable. My room was always kept clean, bed well spread, soaps and detergents restocked on time. Nothing went missing throughout my stay. I will recommend friends and family pay a visit

I visited Clarence house Nairobi and I enjoyed my stay the environment was peaceful and amazing I really enjoyed the breath taking kienyeji prepared by chef Kevin the food was amazing ... I can't forget the waitress wangai who was amazing her service were 10/10 i enjoyed a nice cocktail prepared by Beatrice . Thank you Clarence family I will recommend my friends.

The ambiance was soo beautiful and breath taking ..the food definitely I will say it’s 10/10 I ate the burger made by chef Dan who made sure that I will carry the taste with both my tongue and thoughts and not forgetting the great service from Wangai who is 10/10 😊
