Have a normal stay at this hotel. As there's cockroaches in the toilet and also they did not really bring up our request of amenities which we needed.

Hotel near road . The room is very noisy when the vehicle passes by . Toilet door spoils can't close fully. Location is good for shopping. Walking distance to Grand Mall and BCS .

I like the hotel services, but the dj upstairs quite loud and is not comfortable for me to sleep and the queen bed quite small for both of us, then the stuff in bathroom like shower can't use at all.. overall is good thank

Affordable place for solo travellers that don’t demand much.
The sky terrace is the most relax place that I love most☺️nice songs and ambience. Food served were so delicious to my taste.

Hotel is along the main road so it is loud and hard to sleep at night. Ordered room service and satay was tough. Staff were nice enough to replace with another set but the meat was still tough like microwaved meat. Staff was really nice and apologetic.
Breakfast was horrible as the fried rice was almost stale. Very poor food quality and not much of a choice. Bed was saggy in room 310.
Hotel was near food stalls across a busy road and about 7 min walk from Grand Batam Mall.
