Beautiful host friendly and welcoming environment. Guttered it was a short stay next time will be booking with Nasau Resort 🙂

EIN SCHLECHTER ORT Eine schreckliche Erfahrung und ein erbärmlicher Service. Das Resort zur Buchung angerufen, wurde dann angewiesen, eine E-Mail zurückzurufen, um zu bestätigen, dass ihnen mitgeteilt wurde, dass sie eine E-Mail senden werden, die nie gesendet wurde. Am nächsten Tag angerufen und mir wurde keine Buchung mitgeteilt und sie waren ausgebucht Wir laden unser Gepäck ab, aber zu unserer Überraschung war das Getränk, das wir gekauft hatten, nirgendwo zu finden. Eine Flasche Wodka wurde GESTOHLEN. Als er befragt wurde, sagte der Töpfer, es sei nicht da, als es da war, die anderen Getränke waren da. . überprüfte, um das Kameramaterial zu sehen, aber Gm sagte, der Töpfer hielt die Flasche, schien aber eine Sprite-Flasche zu sein. Es wurde nichts unternommen, um eine Entschädigung zu leisten, oder es wurden Maßnahmen ergriffen. . Der Polizeidienst war erbärmlich, sie sind auch nie aufgetaucht

Wir haben hier zwei Zimmer gebucht, nur weil wir kurzfristig eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht brauchten. Es scheint eines der älteren Resorts zu sein, das vor Covid hätte renoviert werden sollen und sich noch nicht ganz erholt hat. Mein Freund und ich bekamen identische Zimmer. Ihre war sehr sauber, aber meine hatte ein schmutziges Waschbecken und eine schmutzige Dusche mit Schimmel überall. Das Personal ist aber nett und wir hatten eine gute Erholung.

No, don't put yourself through it Wow, what a come down from a fabulous week in Fiji! Where to start…. Whilst its setting in the mountains is lovely and the pool looked good, you are in the middle of nowhere with only resort facilities, one bar (beer was cold) one restaurant (beer was hot and food worse than poor with many dishes unavailable). We booked 4 rooms with 2 of those rooms having beds with sheets already slept in. All rooms had beds and pillows which should have been replaced 30 years ago. All bathrooms were not very clean and shower drainage was poor - so wear thongs with very thick soles….clogs would probs be more appropriate. Service was slow and disorganised, bar was good, 24 hour reception was manned by a sleepy rude woman which just topped off our delightful stay. I’ve stayed in hostels cleaner and more welcoming than this at 1/20th of the price. I probably wouldn’t be so harsh in my review had the price been more reflective of the property condition. Never again. (Puppies were friendly, pregs cat is a scratcher)

We stayed here while on a volunteer trip in Fiji looking for a getaway on the weekend and when we arrived there were ants on the bed and the pillows were dirty but they moved us rooms and everything got better from there on out but we were the only ones staying in the hotel so I don’t quite understand how we got put in an unclean room

Stayed here with my family for 2 nights. I have stayed in so many hotels in Fiji but this was one of the worst experience I had. It looks very beautiful from outside, the lobby was quite specious with a lot of sitting space. Check in process was fast as we have arrived around 4pm by then most of the guests must have checked in as the checkin starts at 2pm. We were escorted by the potter to our room. Unfortunately there were no elevators, I had to take my 2 kids (10yo & 3yo) to the room which was on level 3. Along with us was my mum who is a heart patient :( On our way to the room we noticed the passages looked very dirty and it seemed like it hasn't been cleaned for so many days. Bird poop were almost everywhere. We got into our room, the room smelled really bad, as if someone had just used the toilet and left.. argh! The bathrooms and handbasin seemed to be not washed or cleaned for years. The bed sheets were all stained and we asked the reception to have this changed. They changed one only. We had asked them to chang pillow case but they didn't change that. We didn't have any towels in our room. When we called to enquire we were told that it is still in the laundry. We waited for almost 1.5hrs and called again that we needed the towels urgently as we were running late for a function. The brought us towels which were all stained and looked really dirty as if it was never washed. Breakfast was ok. They had bread, cereals, porridge, fruits etc. But I think it was not worth the money we had paid. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Next day we kept asking the housekeeping guys to clean our room but they didn't till I called reception and asked them to send the housekeeping to clean my room which was after 3pm. I had to ask them to change sheets, towels, sweep n mop the room. The staff listened to what was requested so I had no issues with any staff. I feel they are not trained well and they waste they day yarning away. I had asked them to get us a few plates for our lunch, but no luck, I waited for almost 20mins and went by myself to get the plates. We also requested to give a room at the ground floor but they couldn't accommodate due to full house, so not flexible if you wanna change room. Well that was my stay at Nasau and if you are looking at booking this place then better do research first before you book as you might be wasting your $$ here.

room cleaning is terrible every where bird poop, bathroom hand shower was broken, nice place with excellent views. extremely disappointing cleaning of the hotel.

Not accessible at all. Multiple flights of stairs and no elevator. This probably isn't a problem for most but for bad backs and feet, it was not accommodation I would book again. The beds are low to the ground and while comfy, you're only given a sheet and the air-conditioning is hard to navigate, so we were freezing and wearing our jackets. We also weren't able to use some of our amenities because they were so dirty, we honesty wondered if they cleaned them. Also there was a hole and crack in the shower which freaked me out and is probably a hazard. The free breakfast includes toast (white and wholemeal), porridge, beans, two types of cereal and fruit. You can order off the menu but not great for people with dietary restrictions. The view is lovely, but the staff are quite rude. One of them specifically tried to invite themselves into my brothers room and made him very uncomfortable. Won't stay again.

Once we reach to our room the room was not really bed got no sheets the there was blood spots and bathroom was so dirty no towels even we called and asked for towels still no one bring it.
