Nachdem wir eine Katastrophe mit Airbnb erlebt haben, die uns vor der Tür ohne Schlüssel zum Zugriff auf die Unterkunft gestellt hat, mussten wir in dem Auto 2:00 schlafen, bis eine Lösung warten, konnten wir ein Zimmer um 1:00 finden . Wir gingen aus einer Hochzeit und waren müde. In diesem Hotel konnten wir ein sauberes, sauberes und empfangbares Bett finden. Und unser lieber Ivan hat uns wirklich sehr gut aufgenommen, zu hören, und auf unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam. Wirklich Top!

Hello Firstly I’d like to say don’t listen to half these bad reviews . People that say it’s in the middle of no where clearly haven’t done any research prior to booking this hotel , which absolutely baffles me. El Campello and San Juan are a 10 minute cab journey or car if you have one away. Two beautiful beaches for the family or couples to enjoy. There’s a few small shops and bars 5 minute walk from hotel if you want something different. As for the hotel , it’s been updated since we last went , rooms currently still under going refurbs , we had top floor overlooking the pool it was a stunning view every morning and a very spacious room for me and my kids and wife. We have stayed at this hotel twice before and also my parents have had apartments they bought in the bonalba complex. For me personally to not have many English there is bliss I don’t come away on holiday to see English , I like the culture of the Spanish and the fact I try to speak some to which is good. No idea why people say it’s not a clean hotel , there was a cleaner in the toilets every single morning without fail , spotless and the pool area was so clean every time we went down there. Food was a great selection we had full board , every meal we had was brilliant and the staff always stocked up when the buffet got low on food. I will say if you don’t like waiting in queues or waiting in general to be served for drinks at the bar or reception then this isn’t the place for you neither is any of Spain 😂 they are very relaxed people and they take there time and you have to respect that. Overall for me I had a fantastic 8 days got back yesterday , my kids loved it and I will give one more special mention to AMY the animation team , she is outstanding with kids I mean the best I’ve ever seen with them , she is truly gifted, made everyone feel welcome always smiling , loads of energy and she had kids around her all day they were in awe of her , my three children loved her , please show her this review whoever reads this from hotel bonalba , I forgot to say bye to her as couldn’t find her on final day ( just say to her I was the dad of Jenson and Rocco the twins ) from south London she will know who we are , she’s not back until Tuesday night I believe so maybe she could read it then I wish her the best in life ,a superb dancer too. Nada más abrir la puerta de la habitación se apreciaba un intenso olor a tabaco que fue en aumento al entrar dentro y se hacía insoportable en el cuarto de baño. Llamamos por teléfono a la responsable (no hay nadie en recepción, está todo automatizado), solicitando un cambio de habitación. Después de negarnos por teléfono que alguien hubiese podido fumar allí dentro, finalmente acudió al alojamiento a comprobarlo. Una vez allí se excusó diciendo que era “un problema de la ventilación” y que no nos iba a dar otra habitación ni tampoco una compensación económica ni ninguna otra alternativa. Paradójicamente la habitación estaba llena de señalizaciones de prohibido fumar bajo multa de 100€, pero nadie iba allí a comprobarlo. Solicitamos entonces la hoja de reclamaciones, negándonosla en ese momento por no tenerla disponible en el establecimiento (estando obligada a ello), por lo que debimos avisar a la policía para que acudiese en nuestra ayuda. Gracias a la policía, a pesar de haberse negado reiteradamente a ir a recoger la mencionada hoja, y bajo advertencia de demanda por incumplimiento de la ley, fueron a recoger la hoja de reclamaciones. Además no se corresponde la calidad-precio del lugar, siendo un precio desorbitado (100€), un lugar alejado del centro, sin recepción, sin posibilidad de desayuno, mal insonorizado (de escuchaba todo lo de las habitaciones y pasillo) y con contaminación lumínica (las cortinas no tapaban la luz y no pudimos apenas pegar ojo). Si después de todo esto sigues queriendo alojarte allí… buena suerte.

Hotel mit guter Lage, vor dem Strand, guter Service und gutes Frühstück

Wir waren angenehmen überrascht von diesem Hotel. Wir wollten nicht im Zentrum von Alicante bleiben, sondern wollten nahe am Strand sein. San Juan Strand ist über den Straßen-/Trambahnstrecken und es gibt einige Strandrestaurants/Bars entlang des Strandstreifens. Diese Restaurants servieren hauptsächlich Mittelmeerküche und Meeresfrüchte, und wir essen in Casa Domingo, das war großartig. Es gibt auch Bars und Restaurants wenige Straßen vom Hotel unter dem Wohngebiet entfernt. Wir haben einige Sportbars, Burgerplätze und Pizzaplätze um dieses Gebiet erkannt. Die Hotelflächen sind schön mit einem schönen Garten und Poolbereich. Es gibt auch eine Poolbar und Musik spielen, während Sie neben dem Pool wohnen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Außenbar und Restaurantsitzplätze, die schön waren bei Nacht und zum Frühstück am Morgen. Wir essen Tapas im Restaurant ein paar Nächte und genossen das Essen. Die Frühstücksauswahl war wirklich gut, eine Mischung aus heißen und kalten Lebensmitteln, Brot, Obst usw. und ich genossen die schöne kalte spanische Omelette Schnitt jeden Morgen!! Es gibt einen Consumer Supermarkt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel und eine Apotheke auch. Das Supermarkt ist ziemlich groß und hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Unser Zimmer steht vor dem Hotel und wir hatten einen Poolblick, da der Pool von der Voreinfahrt zum Hotel über ist. Der Balkon war schön und sauber und wir konnten unsere Handtücher auf der Schiene trocknen. Das Zimmer war schön, sauber und modern und die Klimaanlage war während der 30-Grad-Wärme erstaunlich. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und eine Kessel, so war es handlich, einige Getränke gekühlt zu halten. Unser einziges Quibble war die Dusche fehlte eine Tür, so war es unmöglich, nicht die Bodenfeuchte zu bekommen, auch mit dem Bodenhanddock. Es ist nicht ein großes Problem, aber das Hotel sollte wirklich eine Dusche Tür haben, um unnötige Schäden an ihrem Boden zu vermeiden. Das Hotel ist nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Sie können mit der Karte auf dem Tram bezahlen und Englisch auf der Maschine wählen. Es ist etwa 2.90euro, um ins Stadtzentrum zu reisen und dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Es war eine wirklich schöne Lage, wenn Sie Zeit zu verbringen am schönen San Juan Strand oder am Pool. Wenn Sie mehr Aktion in der Nacht wollen, wird die Zugfahrt Sie in die Stadt bringen und Taxis sind vernünftig bezahlt. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!

Hallo, Wir haben einen guten Aufenthalt verbracht. Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen sehr nett. Mit einem sehr großen Hall und mehreren Orten, wo man sich hinsetzen kann, um zu trinken oder sich zu stellen. Das Hotel ist mit einer Bar mit erschwinglichen Preisen, einem Restaurant und einem Pool komplett ausgestattet. Das Hotel hat einen Sportraum, aber man kann nicht zu ihm kommen. Man sollte einen Trainer anrufen, den man suchen und selbst bezahlen muss. So viel, dass sie nichts nützt. Das ist sehr schade.
