The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean. 

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Not satisfied with the hotel room, plus the hotel is very dirty even the elevators and lobby

設施：5星酒店標準配置； 衞生：每日按時打掃房間，很乾凈； 環境：出行方便，頂樓觀海風景很好，很安靜 服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

相對提供簡單服務的國際品牌酒店 有一個融合菜的日料餐廳和一個酒吧，有客房送餐服務。附近環境和出行對於第一次到印度的朋友來説不太方便 有頂樓游泳池和健身房設施偏舊

Such a great experience at Hyatt Centric in Juhu. My parents and I were welcomed by the kindest people and every one we interacted with throughout our 4 days stay was so attentive, so caring, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We especially loved the breakfast team and the care they provided to ensure our mornings started wonderfully. The rooms were spotless, the service was speedy, and we had zero complaints. We will definitely be back!

Reception staff was not customer friendly.The room and food was good. Bathroom and room was clean. Breakfast was good, there was different items in the breakfast. Dinning staff was so helpfull. At the reception misguided me.I booked my room through online, so that the reception staff provide me a room as theirs choice.

The service by the staff and the food was impeccable. I was there with my family and could'nt have asked for a better stay. The rooms were very clean and the amenities in the room were well stocked as well. The breakfast at Sesame was also really good with a good variety of Indian and continental options.

We (Joe, Swapna & Nevin) stayed in Hyatt Centric, Juhu, Mumbai between 8 to 10 October, 2024. Our stay at hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive to every detail. A special thanks to the bunch of energetic staff at the restaurant (Sesame). They all are fantastic! Now we would like to call out the incredible experience with Brain Barretto. From start to finish, he exceeded all our expectations. His knowledge of the local area was outstanding, providing fascinating historical insights and hidden gems we never would have found on our own. He is also incredibly attentive and adaptable, making sure the trip was tailored to our interests and pace. What we appreciated most was his warm and friendly personality, which made us feel comfortable and engaged throughout the journey. Every detail was well-organized, from transportation to recommendations for local foods/shops etc. If you’re looking for a guide who is passionate, professional, and truly cares about making your trip unforgettable, I highly recommend Mr. Brian. The hotel is in a good location except the hotel itself including the rooms are compact. The staff were very nice that makes you very welcome. The rooms were very small to my liking but again we went with family so had to stay there. Bed was and bathroom were comfortable just the size of the room was small.
