The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean. 

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Not satisfied with the hotel room, plus the hotel is very dirty even the elevators and lobby

設施：5星酒店標準配置； 衞生：每日按時打掃房間，很乾凈； 環境：出行方便，頂樓觀海風景很好，很安靜 服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

I would like to say about my experience that I enjoyed all kinds of facilities in the hotel. First of all I was welcomed by the security guard by saying Namaskar and proper security check was done, which I found very good. After that Mr Girin Kohli who is the front office manager welcomed me and the welcome was wonderful. He tried to provide me all the facilities by providing me a room as per my requirements and for my facilities. The food in the restaurant was also very excellent. Amazing food was served by chef Yogesh and chef Omkar. The staff of the restaurant was also very helpful, smiling with everyone. I was served food in a very good manner, I too was served food with good spirit in every way, due to which my joy became double, I thank all the hotel staff from the bottom of my heart and I thank them a lot for their immense service.

I had 2 issues on the first night which were resolved within half hr, hotel is located in a superb location close to restaurents bars and cafes and close to all.means of transportation to reach to anderi, santa cruz, bandra and south Mumbai. Hotel has great facilities such as swimming pool, gym, bag wrap, taxis, and many more. Staff were amazing whether restaurent or house keeping. No issues what so ever. General manager (Shilpa) is always approachable and helpful and Tanvi front desk manager was very helpful.

Really exceeded expectations. Super breakfast and super friendly staff. When I visit Mumbai next time it will definitely be stay at Hyatt Centric

the property and service is top notch. the hospitality is just out of the world. the f&b team made special and personalized efforts to make this experience a very special one. specail thanks to joel (if i remember the name correctly) on the reception.

The hotel was perfect and exceeded my expectations for the price point. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The service from the staff was exceptional across the front - from the front desk to the restaurant staff.

I am very impressed with my stay here. All the staff were so kind to me. The food here (Sesame) is absolutely delicious. I loved everything I ordered, and the staff were very attentive. I am so happy and impressed with everything.
