I highly recommend this hotel. Impressive staff starting at front desk , very good location ,very nice rooms. In general very impressive hotel ,the food is excellent , Very rich and very tasty food.I recommend this Hotel for business and family vacation.

I only spent a night here, and it was fine. Friendly reception staff. Spacious room, showing signs of age but otherwise well maintained. I didn't eat here, and it was a very rushed stay, so I can't comment beyond the room. Location was good - very close to the lovely ABC mall.

I chose the hotel as an elite gold member at Marriot, which is a big mistake. Hotel gave me no preferred treatment, price is high for value, view was very very very bad. Location is in a traffic area, the hotel has no parking nor has parking area around it. Just a bad experience, dont come

Located a bit outside the vibrant city life of beirut but with very easy and quick access. Hotel is old and a bit rundown, a refreshment of the interior would be welcome. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, everything is kept super clean. Prices are reasonable for the service offered. Breakfast is basic but the staff tries their best, with the resources they have. My hotel of choice due to work-related location, for holiday or fun there are better choices

I stayed at the hotel late September, roughly a month before my last visit. At that time everything was wonderful, and I was excited to return. Three times in the first hour I was at the hotel I had to return to the desk because my key cards stopped working. This has never happened before on my previous stays. While Jana and her co-worker at the front desk were more than helpful and very kind this is a massive inconvenience and one that is quite avoidable. Something truly odd to me was the wi-fi not being able to stay up and running on my phone. The hotel certainly has less visitors, however, the signal kept fading out and I had to rejoin the network over a dozen times just to see it drop off again. Unless you have switched providers, which I do not believe is even an option at this time there’s no reason for the system to be so poorly maintained a connection cannot remain up. I understand much has changed in the region since October 7. To that I expected changes. I was disappointed with the reduced room service offering but it’s a necessary and understandable business decision. I decided to order the mushroom Swiss burger-medium well, what I received was barely cooked burger. Unacceptable. There is never a reason to not cook someone’s food to order. Being on the road and needing to be able to move at a moment’s notice I cannot risk food borne illnesses. I called the room service department and told them to come get the burger as I did not want it due to the improper cook temperature. I informed them I did not want anything further to eat and that I was going to sleep. Over the next 60-90 minutes I received three phone calls from various personnel regarding my order. Each of these spaced out to where I was not able to get any meaningful sleep. I had flown overnight from the United States and transferred in Turkey with virtually no lay over time, or sleep on my journey. After these calls a short time later, I was awakened by a knock at my room door. It was a Food and Beverage person delivering some snacks and fruit to my room. While this is a very welcome gesture and appreciated, I can not understand why me telling people multiple times I wanted to sleep was ignored and I was continuously disturbed. This was completely unacceptable as well. I should be able to sleep peacefully in a hotel without disruption. While I understand the staff may have wanted clarification on the food order or try and make it up to me, I just wanted and desperately needed rest. On what ended up being my second to last day I returned to my room to freshen up for the evening. I went to brush my teeth and noticed a peculiar chemical taste in my mouth. It would appear while cleaning the housekeeping staff had sprayed or somehow gotten a cleaning chemical on my toothbrush. I tried cleaning the toothbrush however it could not be ridden of the substance. While it was an electronic toothbrush and I did not have placement heads with me I was without it for the remain

We found this hotel to be right in the middle of everything we needed. 15 min walk to the water, easy walk to ABC mall, and a little grocery store across from the mall. Staff was super friendly and always had an answer to any questions we would have. The staff had a nice welcome letter waiting for us which was a nice detail. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower/tub combo. Was a little step getting into the tub. This isn’t the hotels fault, just my preference. Had an issue with the rooftop restaurant that I brought to the staff’s attention and they addressed it immediately and went over the top to resolve it. Would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Beirut.

It is not a luxury hotel, but it is very confortable. The staff are all extraordinary and the hotel has a charming rooftop pool. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast : juices are of poor quality (too sweet) and the fruit choice is poor. Highly recomend it !

The place is good and in good location, but it experiences troubles with electricity. The staff is nice but with delay in responding to requests. It seems that the hotel is affected by the general situation of Lebanon.

Comfortable hotel and great location. The staff is amazing, professional and helpful. And always smiling. The hotel could do with some upgrade as it is slightly dated, but overall a good standard. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the cooking station is great. The bread selection could be improved but this is a general remark at most of the hotels in Middle East, in my view. The location is perfect with Beiruts best mall within walking distance. There you find several eateries and cinema plus many fashion brands. Most museums are also within reach by a short taxi ride. So a great hotel option for spending a weekend filled with culture and entertainment.
