Wir hatten insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt im Impiana Ipoh. Das Hotelgebäude und die Einrichtungen könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen, da sie zwar sehr veraltet, aber nicht ganz heruntergekommen sind. Unser Zimmer war jedoch sehr angenehm - sauber, geräumig und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren auch sehr schön und es gab einen ausreichenden Vorrat an Toilettenartikeln im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war eher ok als gut. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt gibt es eine Bäckerei namens Shake and Bake, die eine Auswahl an Brot, Gebäck und sogar warmen Mahlzeiten zu vernünftigen Preisen serviert. Das Hotelpersonal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Unser besonderer Dank gilt dem Personal an der Rezeption beim Check-in, das sich bei der Zimmerbuchung bemüht hat, meinen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Hotel verfügt jedoch nur über sehr begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten (Foc) in der Tiefgarage und einige gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze am Straßenrand gegenüber dem Hotel.

Dieses Zimmer ist recht klein und der Lobby-Check-in ist auf Ebene 12. Wenn Sie dort eintreten, wird Ihr Autokennzeichen registriert und die Rezeption scannt die Karte und geht hoch auf Ebene 12. Die Warteschlange ist so lang, dass es nur zwei Schalter gibt.
Ich liebe das Design ihrer Lobby, es ist ziemlich faszinierend und hübsch. Das Zimmer ist klein und das Kissen hat nur eines.
Eine Nacht bleiben, trotzdem ok.

They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season.
The room was very clean,big suitable for couples.
Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard.
They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2
Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge.
Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel.

We stayed 2 days here.. location and service is good but the cleanliness is poor..the floor is dirty with hair and dust everywhere..we have to buy our own sweep to clean the floor in the room and hall..only 1 access card provided.. parking turn is very narrow make us feel very hard to park at the multistorey car park and we choose to park outside much more easier.. anyway thanks for the service provided.

Wonderful experience! The property owner was very responsive and the place was very clean and in tip top condition. Couldn't ask for more. Even the deposit refund was done the same day we provide her with the bank details to remit the refund. Location is only a short distance to town centre and food outlets are readily within 5 minutes walk. They even have ironing facilities. Will definitely book again.

I strongly recommend English comfort house if you’re looking for a good place for staying in Ipoh. Although it is not located near to the city centre of Ipoh, but you can easily access it if you’re driving. The house provides you with everything that you need. comfort beds, high speed internet, food and drinks, board games, and etc. Rachel responded promptly to questions and provided clear instructions for check in/out procedures. You will surely want to continue staying with them again next time when you are back to Ipoh.

Ppikachu88It's located very close to the Simpang Pulai toll. We checked in to get a decent rest before continuing our journey. The house is clean, with easy access to parking. You can prepare a light breakfast if needed. Overall, it's a great place for an overnight stay with your family.

GGastnutzerDies ist das zufriedenstellendste Hotel auf dieser Reise nach Malaysia! Das Hotel ist eine unabhängige zweistöckige Villa. Es gibt nicht viele Zimmer und sie sind klein und unhandlich. Es spiegelt in jeder Hinsicht den Geschmack und den Einfallsreichtum des Chefs wider sehr praktisch, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Der Chef ist Chinese und das Servicepersonal kann auch Chinesisch und ist alle sehr nett. An regnerischen Tagen hat man uns sogar ein Taxi zum Hof gebeten, um uns abzuholen, um nicht nass zu werden. Vor dem Fenster der Suite im ersten Stock befindet sich ein kleiner Innenhof. Während der Regenzeit in Malaysia ist das Wetter kühl und Sie können nachts schlafen, ohne die Klimaanlage einzuschalten. Das Unterkunftserlebnis in Ipoh übertraf dieses Mal das von Kuala Lumpur bei weitem. Es wird dringend empfohlen, dass Schwestern, die diesen britischen Stil mögen, hierher kommen.

Crucially it was very clean, quite new plc and importantly for my daughter, the toilet comes with bidet (though It took me a few attempts to try to confirm it) . Self Check in and check out was simple and smooth.
However, we wished the toilet comes with shower and toilet separator/door for the shower so that we can keep the toilet area dry. Important especially if there is only 1 bathroom for the whole unit. Just as a feedback
BTW, the attached photos was at the point of checking out. We left it clean and neat too. 😁 Thank you for the pleasant stay. Yes, a stay experience that we can repeat .

Trip.com oder Gast muss eine Ankündigung auf dieser Plattform machen, bevor die Gäste eine Buchung machen. Der Aufenthalt ohne Pool-Zugang hat den Urlaub irgendwie zerstört. Bitte rufen Sie das Eigentum an, bevor Sie eine Buchung machen. Vor allem wird hier sicher wiederkommen.
