We had a truly enjoyable stay at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh. The unit is spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for families or groups who want a relaxing getaway. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, offering a peaceful atmosphere that’s great for unwinding and spending quality time together. We also appreciate how well-maintained the facilities are, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amenities provided throughout the stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and taken care of. Overall, it was a very pleasant and refreshing experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing stay in Ipoh.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Der Besitzer war freundlich und hilfsbereit während meines Aufenthalts, immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen zu helfen. Der Ein- und Auscheckprozess war reibungslos und effizient. Ich habe auch die Einrichtungen genossen, die gut gepflegt und bequem waren. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und ich würde dieses Hotel sicher an andere empfehlen.

Dies ist das zufriedenstellendste Hotel auf dieser Reise nach Malaysia! Das Hotel ist eine unabhängige zweistöckige Villa. Es gibt nicht viele Zimmer und sie sind klein und unhandlich. Es spiegelt in jeder Hinsicht den Geschmack und den Einfallsreichtum des Chefs wider sehr praktisch, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Der Chef ist Chinese und das Servicepersonal kann auch Chinesisch und ist alle sehr nett. An regnerischen Tagen hat man uns sogar ein Taxi zum Hof ​​gebeten, um uns abzuholen, um nicht nass zu werden. Vor dem Fenster der Suite im ersten Stock befindet sich ein kleiner Innenhof. Während der Regenzeit in Malaysia ist das Wetter kühl und Sie können nachts schlafen, ohne die Klimaanlage einzuschalten. The location was great 👍 . Suitable for stress free environment - the beauty of greenery and mountain view so fascinating !🥰 Things got annoyed with my unit (E2) were: I) Key collection locker - couldn't see the numbers clearly (due to same silver colours). 2) The bathroom door (inside Master Bedroom) so noisy eg. krak krak really annoying !😐. 3) The mattress inside Bedroom 2 is uneven. (Those with slip disc problems having difficulty to sleep on it.) 🙁 Need improvements ASAP !

Location and view is good as it facing the lost World. Got water filter is a plus point. The check in process is kind of complicated. Should state out clearly, as this condo arrmagemetn is slightly diff Then other condo. Usually need to use QR code scan in the guard house only can go to lobby to pick up the key. But this place is different. It is a separated area. Furthermore, I don’t know why the security guard outside the mailbox need to take again my info, like my ic/license, my tel no and etc.. It suppose using the QR code is sufficient. Parking actually got 2 not 1. If you have visitor coming in, owner will say park at G floor, but security actually don’t let visitors to park. Is very complicated and messy… They need to take our deposit by bank in to the owner. This is the first time I face this. And more than 24hours still not yet refund, after ask for twice only owner refund without send a simple message.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

The overall experience from checked in and the conversation with the support is good. Information given is sufficient too. I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park. Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean. Definitely will recommend to friends.

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

Es gibt jedoch ein paar Bereiche, die verbessert werden könnten. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war extrem niedrigso viel, so dass es die Dusche ziemlich schwierig und unkomfortable machte. Zusätzlich, für eine Zweibetteinheit, wurde nur eine Zugangskarte gegeben. Dies war ziemlich ungünstig, da die Karte nicht nur zur Einreise in die Einheit, sondern auch zur Verwendung des Aufzugs erforderlich ist, was es für mehrere Gäste schwierig macht, sich frei zu bewegen. Insgesamt, während der Aufenthalt in vielen Aspekten bequem und angenehm war, würde die Behandlung dieser Fragen die Gästeerfahrung erheblich verbessern.
