Moskau Hotels

Ich war im August 2021 in diesem Hotel und bin absolute begeistert. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf den roten Platz und die Kathedrale. Wir konnten die Schiffe auf der Moskwa vorbei ziehen sehen. In nur 5 Minuten ist man über die Brücke am Roten Platz und am Sarjadje Park. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist TOP inkl. Champagner, der Service sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Bar-Angestellten verstehen ihren Job, wir haben ein paar Mal abends einen Cocktail getrunken. Mini-Nachteil: Es gibt keine schöne Terrasse im obersten Stockwerk des Hotels, wie man es erwarten könnte. Nur einen kleinen Außenbereich im EG, der nicht so gemütlich ist.

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

Check-in/Check-out war reibungslos und das Personal war candid,Das Zimmer war groß und schön organisiert und sauber mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen,Das Badezimmer ist auch groß in der Größe mit allen guten Funktionen/rein und schöne Einrichtungen.Das Zimmer Abendessen im Service war ausgezeichnet und Qualität v gut, Das Spa v gut.Das Hotel ist an einem Mall angeschlossen, das auch eine Menge Qualitätsmarken und Restaurants/Cafés auch Kinderspielplatz hat.Hotellage ist ein Plus.All in unserer Zeit war angenehm, da es unser erstes Besuch war.

/// stayed in December 2017 /// This is the review that I feel so indebted for the compliment review. Back in December 2017 , we spent our New Year Count Down in Moscow and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. (During that time the hotel was under major renovation) Our first impression: we booked for a regular room for 3 of us but at our arrival, the lady (seem to be the Front Manager) at the counter offered us the free upgrade to the renovated wing.....thank you so much. That was quite surprise us but when we accessed into the room it’s even more surprised me for its cosy luxury interior. This hotel is one of the best hotel I ever stayed - all the details in the room is as exquisite as the other ultra luxury hotels I experienced. It’s even 4 years back but I still remember well for the LOMONOSOV coffee/tea set that they use (one of the high-end porcelain brand I love and be using at home too). + Crystal wine glass + Nespresso Machine + KitchenAid Kettle + plentiful mineral drinking water. Wi-Fi is super fast (as recalled). Back then there was some situations in Europe and Moscow during that time is full with soldiers. However the hotel’s securities guard remember us well and helped telling the soldier that we are the hotel’s guests when we tried to access the perimeter to the hotel. Not to mention the location itself is great ,right next to Bolshoi , TSUM shopping mall and subway. On the departure day, due to the securities perimeter that blocked all the car to access to the hotel - the hotel staff managed to help us find the nearest spot where our limo can pick us to the airport. The most regretful thing that keep bothering my mind is I cannot remember the name of the lady at the counter who granted us the upgrade that made our stayed in Moscow is another remarkable memory......Thank you once again here. And would there be any chances that I could visit Moscow again - I would definitely stay at this Metropol again.

Die Lage ist großartig und durch den unterirdischen Kanal zum Kreml und zum Roten Feld. Das beste ist das Frühstück, es gibt zwei Arten von Fischen, Champagner usw., können Sie beim Frühstück beim Kreml beobachten. Im Gegenteil des Kremls können Sie zum Internet-Supermarkt gehen (weniger als ein paar Geschenkgeschäfte, der Preis ist billiger als der Push-Gold-Kuchen-Push-Kuchen-Platz), und einige Teile sind Push-Gold-Kuchen-Platz, über die Straße ist der Push-Gold-Café (dies ist später gebaut, Echt in Sankt Petersburg) und dem nebenanen Tulan-Hotel. Es gibt eine Chance, später wieder zu leben.

I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.

Alles lief gut. Erstens war die Lage ausgezeichnet, vor allem mit dem italienischen Restaurant ganz in der Nähe des Hotels (gute Shisha servieren) auch Arbat Straße ganz in der Nähe. Ich mag das Hakendesign im Zimmer, es war sehr hilfreich. Bevor ich bei ihnen gebucht habe, habe ich viele Kritiken über sehr langsame Fahrstühle gelesen, eigentlich war es nicht schnell, obwohl viele von ihnen, aber auch nicht schlecht. nur zur Information:: die Lobby im 4. Stock. und es gibt ein Massagezentrum im 2. Stock. Wenn wir Moskau wieder besuchen, können 90% wieder hier übernachten.

房間還挺乾淨的，服務態度也很好，前台小姐姐很友好，會提醒免費健身房的位置。不過房間衹提供沐浴露、身體乳和洗髮水，沒有一次性牙膏牙刷梳子之類的，需要自備。酒店位置離5/6號地鐵站大概15分鐘路程，酒店附近有咖啡廳和商店，初次來俄的人可能找不到，可以使用Yandex Maps地圖，點擊地址分類，就可以找到附近的咖啡廳和商店。

Гостиница с историей, расположена в центре Москвы, в шаговой доступности множество достопримечательных мест, ресторанов, кафе, магазинов. Доступность транспорта: метро, автобус. Вежливый, внимательный, любезный персонал. Вкусная кухня. Ежедневная уборка, смена полотенец, обновление туалетных принадлежностей. В номере есть электрочайник, чайный/кофейный набор, питьевая вода. Отдельно хочется отметить службу бронирования - необычайно отзывчивые, внимательные, доброжелательные сотрудники. Сегодня вновь бронировала проживание на осень - Юлия Владимировна все устроила наилучшим образом и очень оперативно

In diesem Hotel mit 18-20.06.2023, Zimmer 906. Von den Plus ist es sicherlich Lage. Es war sehr komfortabel und ruhig. Personal im Resepschen Gästezimmer. Die Zahl ist klassisch. ruhig, modern, alles ist gut, aber der Service bei ihnen bei der Reinigung der Zimmer ist leiden. Ich denke, die Reinigungspersonal vergessen, dass Sie 5*, nicht 2* oder 3* haben. Wir haben ein Zimmer gereinigt, unser Bettwäsche geändert, uns neue Schampo gegeben und sogar die Hälfte verwendet. Aber Freunde, wie können Sie das Zimmer reinigen und nicht das Gepäck aus dem Bucket entfernen? Aber es ist alles klein. Wie konntest du die Glasshäuser aus unter Wein holen und nicht zurück? Wie? !!!!!! Sie genau 5*? Wir mussten Champagner aus Glass für Wasser trinken, weil um 1 Uhr ich nicht wollte, dich stören. Es ist ein gerader Kapitän, wie wir es nicht gefallen. 2 Punkte zu reinigen und auch die Brille zurückzugeben. Über die Minibar. ) Was bedeutet es, einen Versprechen auf dem Rezeptor zu verlassen? Sie haben das billigste Zimmer kostet mehr als 10 000 Rubel, Sie haben ein Hotel 5*, wahrscheinlich zu Ihnen kommen für einen Urlaub weit nicht armen Menschen um einen Versprechen. Ich habe das nicht irgendwo getroffen, aber vielleicht würde ich Ihre Mini-Borough verwenden, wenn es offen war. Und so war es geschlossen. (Und auch der Nebenwirkungen: Im Korridor fühlte manchmal Zigaretten rauchen. Es ist sehr schlecht. Das Gesamtergebnis ist: Entdecken Sie, wer am 19. Juni in Zimmer 906 arbeitete und entweder ihm fein oder geben Sie eine Checkliste in der Muttersprache des Reinigers, damit er nichts verpassen kann. Sie haben nicht 5*100%. Wir gingen nach Ihrem Hotel nach Marriott Kazan Kremlin 4* und ich würde sagen, Ihr Personal sollte Lernen Sie von ihnen, wie die Zimmer richtig zu reinigen. Es war alles perfekt. Ich empfehle Ihnen, dieses Produkt zu beenden und Sie haben 5*.
