I had a booking for this hotel but i did not check in. It was so bad, the website said that this is a 5 star hotel property but it was nowhere close to being 5 stars. It should be 3 stars or maximum 4 stars. The place was shabbily maintained and should be off from your site listed as 5 stars. I will re consider using your site to book hotels now.

Прекрасное расположение. Хороший сервис. Удобные номера. И что мне очень нравится хорошая посуда в номере – виллерой Бош. Чувствую себя там как будто бы я дома. Прекраснейшая спа и бассейн. Очень удобно что можно оставить машину внутри и при этом не платить за Parking. Вокруг расположена много кафе, что очень удобно. Назначать встречи с друзьями и ходить пешком.

I would love to stay in your hotel but since your President sent his orcs into Ukraine I feel I can’t come. The invasion of Ukraine is a travesty. Fueled by your government’s lies to justify what is naked aggression against a neighbour. Shame on the Russian government.

Nice hotel but some work was going in other rooms being refurbished and lots of noise on the Saturday. Not ideal for relaxing weekend and spa . The room furniture and decorations not to our taste as felt like the interior was decorated by 2/3 different people and they didn’t check or coordinate it !

Suoer friendlybstaff did a fantastic job atveach and every step from Check-in to dtaff interaction, having soft pillows when asked, so friendly everyone. Room service was great. But BEST of all was the Spa Services and Attention. Highly recommend the Osteopath Massage from Arcen. He is a magician! Subtle bodywork that had lasting effect for days! We will be back! Thanks Ma Maison for greatvstay.
