There was mold in the bathroom, our non-smoking room smelled like ****, the towels were very scratchy and thin like they got old, the two wash clothes they had didn’t match which seemed unprofessional. There wasn’t a light in the nook that had the sink so it was very dark and very difficult to see. Also, we didn’t feel safe parking our car in the front by the main road, the area seemed a little sketchy. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in and booked another hotel. The girl at the front desk was very nice though, the main part of the room was big, and it had a refrigerator but I’m not sure how well the fridge was working. After seeing the condition of the room I didn’t trust it. There was a sign at the check-in counter that said mentioned getting refunds and send requests to an email address, which made me think people requested refunds often. Since we booked through a third party and paid with rewards, we didn’t bother to argue about getting money back. We are just never going to go back there again.
