B&B Hotel Montpellier Centre le Millénaire

Es ist in Ordnung. Für diesen Preis ist es wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Das ist ein wirklich gruseliges Hotel. Es gibt das Gepäck anderer Leute im Zimmer, es gibt Socken am Feuermelder und die Lage ist nicht gut. Koreaner sollten diesen Ort unbedingt meiden. Es ist düster und unfreundlich.

We arrived at 3pm, as had been agreed for check in, no one to welcome us but we knew it, why if you don't have any reception staff between 11am and 5pm, do you inform us that check in takes place from 3pm? If we had known, we would have shown up later. However, as soon as we try to open the door following the instructions they provided us via email, the booking code they sent me doesn't work, the door doesn't open and there isn't even a sign explaining that the door opens. The access is not that but a hidden door at the back! To reach it you go around the garden on the land and on the lawn. A kind local lady intervenes and helps us, we call assistance by phone and they explain to us that we have to access from the other side (at the back) the call costs us a good €12 (a theft), we finally go to the other door and we log in, we find the automatic check-in machine but even there, as it happens, the code doesn't work. we call assistance on the intercom (because only there - see the case again - there is an intercom to speak to an operator who immediately gives us another code which this time works. What do you think? For me it's all done artfully to steal the money from the call to the support call center. We honestly felt robbed. No one deigned to help us. Highly not recommended!

Filthy Hotel, reception is nearly always closed and they force you out of the room before the official check-out time. Also in the few night I stayed here housekeeping never came to clean the room and change the towels. I could never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Came to this second choice after visiting a nearby Campanille. The Campanile wanted 89 euro each for 2 rooms as we were a party of 3 inc. 1 adult child. Found B & B hotel nearby which was just 72 euro for a good sized 3 bed room. The breakfast was also much better than most of these French budget hotels. It included eggs, bacon and sausage as well as the usual continental choices. Good nights sleep and great value! Highly reccomended.

J’ai réservé en express deux nuit d’hôtel dans l’urgence dans l’hôtel B&B de Montpellier Centre Millénaire. Bien situé par rapport à mes besoins, et ai bénéficié d’un tarif abordable vu la situation « pressante ». Deux heures après, un imprévu survient, et je dois annuler le séjour, ou au moins la deuxième journée à défaut. Je contacte donc leur standard, payant, afin de trouver un arrangement. On me communique une boite mail, j’explique la situation n’ayant pas usage de ce séjour - je n’ai même pas dormi ou utilisé le matériel de la chambre, pas même une douche. Je demande donc un arrangement, un aménagement du séjour ou même un geste. La réponse arrive en fin de journée (je n’ai pas check mes mails en soirée), et elle est négative, le responsable ne fait rien. En journée je rappelle le standard car pas de réception en plein jour - 14/15h - on me renvoie vers la fameuse réception qui n’ouvre qu’à 17h… Je me dis que l’automate ou le mail de réservation contiendrait éventuellement un process d’échange / de contact ou d’arrangement… Rien. L’automate valide simplement ma réservation directement. La première nuit passe - je ne la passe toujours pas dans cet hôtel. Je rappelle au matin du coup le même hôtel afin de demander ne serait-ce qu’un crédit à utiliser ultérieurement. Et je fais face à un refus catégorique tant de la part de la réception, que du responsable. Alors dans la situation je conviens que j’ai bénéficié d’une offre exceptionnelle, d’un tarif avantageux… Je conviens que légalement il n’y a aucune obligation quelconque de faire quoi que ce soit. Mais j’ai travaillé personnellement dans le commerce pendant de nombreuses années et je sais comment ça marche, et il y a un savoir-faire et un savoir-être qui n’est pas présent dans cet hôtel. Je suis persuadé que quelque chose était à faire mais en tant que client on se heurte à un mur sourd aux imprévus de la vie. Un manque d’humanité flagrant qui fait que je vous déconseille de fait cette franchise. Payez plus cher mais allez ailleurs, là où le service sera à la hauteur de ce que vous méritez. Par ailleurs, le responsable dit ironiquement « je ne vais pas rembourser la chambre ou trouver un arrangement quand mon hotel est quasiment vide, quel serait mon intérêt ? » L’intérêt monsieur, c’est le risque d’avoir une bonne publicité et une fidélisation. Le sens du commerce ne va pas a tout le monde. Changez de métier, l'hôtellerie se portera mieux sans vous.

Chambre correcte et propre mais ruinée par une literie déplorable aussi dur qu’une planche. Nuit horrible nous sommes repartis plus fatigués qu’à l’arivée et avec un mal de dos en prime. Pas à la hauteur des standards B&B habituels Parking gratuit
