Terrific hotel: Excellent location and value. Clean, spacious room. Service from employees was tops: helpful, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable. We liked all aspects of the service--desk staff, room attendants, security, chauffeurs/drivers, restaurant employees. The breakfast buffet--included in the room charge--was as good as it gets and our lunch was delicious. We have stayed in hotels in six continents and the Hyatt rates as one of the best.

This is a nice hotel in heart of Lima. The staff at reception and breakfast were very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were quite large, clean and beds comfortable. I had a corner room so I had large windows from ceiling to the floor with great views of the city in two directions. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food items. They even made me a couple of eggs cooked the way I like them. I would re-book at this IHG hotel.

Aufenthalt auf Geschäftsreise. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, einfach aber nicht einfach. Es gibt gekochte Eier. Es ist zu unerwartet. Ich lebe gerne in einem Zweibettzimmer, ein Bett zum Schlafen und Ausruhen und das andere Bett zum Ablegen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Es ist sehr bequem, für 10 Sols ein Taxi zur Messehalle zu nehmen. Es gibt kein KFC in der Nähe, was etwas peinlich ist. Außerdem sind lokale Restaurants in Lima grundsätzlich um 11/12 Uhr mittags geöffnet und das Frühstück kann nur frühmorgens im Hotel gelöst werden. Zur Erinnerung: Der Stau in Lima ist sehr ernst! ! ! Wenn Sie zum Flughafen fahren, reservieren Sie bitte mindestens 4-5 Stunden im Voraus, um verpasste Flüge zu vermeiden👿

This Hampton in Lima’s reliable San Isidro neighborhood is a magnificent one for any type of stay. - Location: It’s within walking distance to many must-see attractions and must-eat restaurants, as well as to public transit. San Isidro is safe and reliable for a tourist or business stay. A nice pedestrian median on Av Arequipa, which forms the western border of the hotel, offers a great way to access Parque Kennedy and Miraflores (basically straight south). No walk is longer than 30 minutes. - Atmosphere: The Hampton touches I’m used to were evident here, but they were elevated and enhanced in such a way that only non-USA Hamptons can accomplish. Touch surfaces were absolutely spotless, and natural light always filtered into the lobby through the large, wrap-around windows on the ninth floor (yes, the lobby is high up!). The property is not huge, but it’s just perfectly compact. - Service: A strong commitment to customer service is very clear. I never encountered a passive or unhelpful member of staff. Everyone seemed to greatly enjoy their job, and that type of joy is infectious. I was also impressed at the level of detail the staff remembers from previous days and relays to the rest of the team—if I had an issue that could only be taken care of the following morning, the hotel wouldn’t forget; they would check on me first thing the next day and ask if and when someone could fix it. That’s expected at a Ritz Carlton, not a Hampton…but that’s the beauty of Latin America! - Room: My quarters were fresh, spacious, and as clean as a COVID-era hospital. Does this place EVER age?! It doesn’t seem like it! Everything I needed for my one-night rest was provided in my room. Soundproofing was not quite to my personal standards, but that’s ok. - Value: Value-wise, this hotel rocks. Even though I booked at a discounted rate ($40) through Go Hilton, the average price seldom exceeds $100. Budget-conscious travelers with a craving for earning points will love this Hampton. Plus, the free, hearty breakfast for all makes it totally worth it. While it isn’t luxury, nobody can go wrong with this wonderful Hampton. I highly recommend it.

Where do we start… 1. They didn’t even care to help us with our luggage nor open the door for the car. I had to find the cart for my luggage, load it and take it with me into the elevator. They never offered help. The guy at the door is a joke. 2. Bathroom in common are was dirty (floor M) 3. We got a stinky pillow (head sweat). The fabric was yelowish compared to the other white bedsheets. 4.They blocked my car in the parking lot, so beware if you are driving. 5. Breakfast was decent. Coffee machine broke. Drip coffee is cheap dirt water. 6. Good luck deciphering room service calls from your room. They provide a QR code to a website in there there is no link to room service(just show us the shortcuts on the phone!) 7. bathroom smell a little humid and at moments we felt a stench of sewage in the shower. This is a 5 stars hotel, all of the above are unacceptable circumstances. The positives 1. Nice pool but there is smell of stagnant water on the right side, close to the stairs. 2. Decent WiFi. 3. Great location. 4. They replied to my initial survey. Hoping they can correct all the observations above.

Very nice boutique hotel, convenient location for walking, with wonderful, helpful staff. Because we were leaving Peru late at night after a day of touring, they kindly let us use the gym and spa area to shower and change even though we had checked out. Delicious breakfasts. Only thing is to ask for rooms away from the elevator. It makes a very odd ”mooing” sound as it stops on each floor which can be heard from close-by rooms.

Excellent hotel! Our suite was luxurious and the room the rest of my family stayed in was spacious and beautiful as well. The beds and linens are amazing. Everything very clean and well designed. The hotel is well located close to Parque Kennedy and restaurants in Miraflores so we walked to many things and was easy to get cabs. The breakfast was very complete and by the time we had finished our stay the staff knew us so well they gave us the coffees we always ordered. Very nice and friendly staff with attention to detail. We had a really lovely stay and didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Das Zimmer ist super groß, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, das Bett ist super groß, sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage ist etwas alt, die Effizienz ist nicht sehr gut, die Sonne ist nachmittags sehr groß, es kann a) etwas stickig.

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit vielen Restaurants/Essen und Märkten um. Wenn man wie die lokalen Menschen sein will, sind auch die Busstationen sehr nah. Personal ist sehr freundlich und jeder ist begeistert, zu helfen. Insbesondere ist der Rezeptionsmanager Pilar sehr nett, der unsere Fragen geduldig beantwortet und uns die Richtungen zu den Märkten und der Busstation gezeigt hat. Pilar erlaubt uns auch, ihre Buskarte zu verwenden, so dass wir die Karte nicht kaufen müssen. Wir hatten Lima Zeiten, so dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts viele Male ins/aus dem Hotel gingen. Jedes Mal, wenn wir durch die Lobby gingen, würde Pilar uns immer enthusiastisch geehrt. Gutes Bett, ausreichendes Frühstück, ganz geräumiges Zimmer, sicheres und kühles Zimmer nützlich für Personen, die mehr als einen oder zwei Tage verbleiben. Wir lesen aus einigen früheren Bewertungen über Lärm von der Straße und beantragten ein ganzes Zimmer. Unser Doppelzimmer ist sehr schön und wir haben keinen Lärm gehört. In der Tat ist die Frontstraße, die das Hotel steht, nicht eine besetzte Straße und wir haben dort keinen schweren/läufigen Verkehr gesehen.
