Das Hotel ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Es gibt Zimmer mit unterschiedlichen Dekorationsstilen. Vielleicht wurde ich, weil ich Chinese bin, an diesem Tag in ein Zimmer mit klassischer chinesischer Dekoration gebracht. Es gibt ein Doppelbett mit einem Drachen und einem Phönix. Es ist sehr interessant und wird wieder hier übernachten.

Es gibt auch eine elektrische Kehle und Tee und Kaffee, eine Sicherheitsschachtel, um meine wertvollen Dinge wie mein Pass und Tasche zu bewahren. Das WLAN im Zimmer war schnell genug. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es kann nicht 15 Minuten bis zur Napoleons Straße kommen. Eine geradeaus 20 Minuten zu Fuß ist die Kathedrale von Mailand.

Das Beste: Die Servicekräfte sind sympathisch, kompetent, sprechen auch Englosch, machen ihre Arbeit gründlich und gut. Wirklich saubere Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Mittel, allerdings trotzdem gut: Spa-Bereich ist etwas veraltet und ziemlich chlorhaltig, aber trotzdem ein guter Ausgleich nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen. Ein negativ: es ist leider sehr hellhörig, man hört alles vom Flur. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man bisschen was von der Straße, aber mit offenem bebt es praktisch an Lärm. Im November nicht schlimm, denn die Fenster bleiben größtenteils zu.

Well first impression, we arrived when Milan was a little more quiet it was dark and almost like a weird feeling of the silence but still night activity going on. But to the hotel, staff was incredible when we arrived, well speaking and understandable. Explained what we needed to know. The rooms were high to the ceiling almost a luxury room feeling. The bathroom was also really big, and amazing shower. I never fall asleep so fast, those cosy beds.... When we woke up we were a little tight to have time before the breakfast would close. But when we got down, it was amazing. This one guy who worked there offered fresh Coffee and eggs and was also very friendly. He sat down and had a chat to us and started talking about Milan and also some stories that he hade experienced. It was a lovley breakfast. Not only great italian standards but something for everyone. There was amazing fruit, we had different prosciuttos and normal ham. There was different types of cheese i mean the list keeps going. But the most amazing thing is just how friendly it was. You know when I had the thought of that big of a city, i would think the hotel would be full and no time for personal talk with the personel. But imagine a cozy italian Disney film, yes just that cozy, friendly feeling it was. When you could almost get to know people. And no disturbance at night nor day. Also 1 minute walk to sushi resturants Burger and classic italian food and supermarket. Top class would definitly reccomend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und auch in einer sehr günstigen Lage. Alles was erforderlich war verfügbar. The only slight suggestion I may have is there is a ‘weared out’ smell in the toilet.maybe this is due to the apartment drains got old.

Prenotato tramite Booking la mattina, ci siamo presentati in due. Uno di noi aveva il documento digitale e l’altro cartaceo. Erano le 10 di sera, fuori il diluvio, appena tornati da un viaggio. Avremmo dovuto alloggiare 3 notti. Nemmeno ci siamo entrati che siamo stati fermati subito dicendo che il documento digitale non potevano accettarlo. Ci hanno mandato in questura di via Poma a richiedere un certificato di riconoscimento per alloggiare in quell’hotel, siamo stati rimbalzati dicendoci che non esisteva che si potesse fare un documento simile. tornati in hotel per dare spiegazioni dopo aver perso oltre 20 min ci sentiamo rispondere che saremmo dovuti andare alla questura vicino alla stazione centrale (distanza circa 40 min, in tutto questo ormai erano le 10:30 di sera con il maltempo). Saremmo rimasti senza posto dove dormire a Milano non sapendo se sarebbe andata a buon fine in questura. Ovviamente presi dalla stanchezza abbiamo deciso PER FORTUNA di chiamare un hotel diverso che ci ha accolto subito senza problemi. Comunque il receptionist scortese, posto buio.
